This hotel has all you need for few nights stay. Its very close to European Parliament, where I had some meetings and I walked only about two minutes there. Breakfasts were rich, bed was soft and comfortable, bathroom was ok, I have nothing bad to say. We had one dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was average (for ****...

Breakfast was so nice. Huge variety and comfortable restaurant. Staff very nice and polite, also at the bar. Rooms were normal and basic. The furniture was too old. Location was good, 20-25 minutes walking to the town center. Was nice but I would not come back again. I recommend it.

Dear Jesbengar Thank you for taking the time to write some comments on Tripadvisor, although we are a little confused about what you really think... you 'would not come back' but recommend us ?? From your description I think you must have booked the cheapest single room, which as per all our descriptions and confirmation to you are around 14...

You may think this hotel is a little way out, but rest assured it really is a gem. From the front desk to the back door this is a first class hotel. On arriving our room was not available, but Mohammad took our cases gave us a lined map to get to the city centre. On returning some time later...

An excellent 4 star hotel, with 5 star helpful staff, and a great buffet breakfast. It's located nearer the European Parliament, but you will walk through all the City's historical best bits, palaces etc on your way to the Grand Place's bars and restaurants. This was made easy as the hotel has a map printed with the scenic route from...

Dear Paul K Very kind of you to say such nice things about our staff. They really are the 'stars of the show'. When every other hotel seems to be going the self service route (yes even self checkin with no Reception staff), we are doing the reverse and are investing more in our wonderful, friendly personnel :)

As always despite the research you are always relieved when your chosen Hotel is OK.Right from the start the Leopold exceeded our expectations. The receptionist who had spent time studying in both Canterbury and London was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Our room with roof top views was small but delightful. Comfortable bed,a couple of English television channels, warm, clean and bright...
