A pleasant hotel, suitable both for business executives as well as for couples and families, Hotel Du Parlement has recently had a change of leadership. The new manager decided to turn it into a real cosy “refuge” that can accommodate both those working for the European institutions as well as for those who want to discover Brussels, the European capital, during a weekend. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel’s staff is surely the strongest asset of Hotel Du Parlement, as they are both experienced and devoted at your service. They will welcome you with a friendly and welcoming smile, being prepared to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Another strong asset would be its location, just next to la Place du Luxembourg and within walking distance of the European Parliament. In the heart of Brussel’s European neighbourhood, the hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the very hip St. Boniface Square The Grand Place...

I spent one night in this hotel chosen for proximity reason. For a long time, i never spent in such an dirty hotel. The shower was not cleaned and the mold everywhere. the toilet was Noisy the whole night and the bed has to be changed. The office deslk was like from the waste dump and the breakfast for 10 Euro was a cheek.

Very small room, has a table but no chair and no wardrobe. The bath is quite dirty or maybe it can't be cleaned because is very old. The room's door couldn't be closed if you not locked it with the key. The only good thing is the location - literally 150 meters from the European Parliament.

Close to metro & friendly staff. Very good WiFi access. Pretty annexed coffee shop for a light breakfast. Hotel is old style and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. Thin soft mattress and small tv with minimal channels.

It was a very good experience! Service was great, room big and clean, and very good attentions. We got there before 2:00 p.m. but they let us check in early, which was very convenient! Also, a central location and easy access to the main square. Highly recommended!

Had appointment close to hotel but a bit disappointed. Had to pay at checkin which had a taste of mistrust and that people left when they saw room. Although receptionist was friendly there was no service. Room was bright coloured, small tv and poor bathroom! Needed a very big clean! Prepaid breakfast additionally for 7 Euro but not sure it was worth it! Girls friendly but poor service!

Staied there for 3 nights in the beginning of March. Excellent location if you have to visit European Parliament but it is also easy to go from the hotel anywhere in Brussels. Room is big, outdated but clean. I was warmly welcomed. It is an old house with narrow stairs so when oyu have problems with legs, choose another one.

Located in the heart of the European Quarter. Cleanliness wasn't great, room was big but dated, bathroom was small and looking old also. Bed was comfortable, my room was quiet, and wifi was ok. No one at the front desk when I arrived.

This hotel has a perfect location. Super central, near to the European Parliament. The street is super safe. The breakfast is Ok, but nothing special. The rooms are comfortable but the WC is super old. The building is old also, but as the rooms are clean and comfortable, it's not a big problem. The staff is very helpfull and kind. There are a lot of mini markets, cafes, bars and places to eat nearby.

The location is really great if you go to EU quarter (Parliament etc). The room was quite small and noisy (from the hallway). Also it was quite cold (stretches under the door). Overall experience was average but quite ok for the price.
