The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is the Interior design. We arrived in a room and immediately noticed that the floors were full of dust, and we had no drinking water or towels in the room. The next thing is that we were moved to a different room 2 nights after our arrival because the hotel had a leakage in the room. The staff moved our items to a new space with a drainage problem in the showers. (and again, no drinking water) Later after we had traveled to a different city and stayed in another hotel, when we arrived back at the B&B hotel, we were given a room with a broken window and a drainage problem. This drainage problem caused the water from the shower to leak into the room itself. ( and, of course, no cups for hot drinks ) We spoke with the hotel staff, and they told us they would fix this. Unsurprisingly after we came back from the trip back to the room, nothing was accomplished and the water still leaked from the shower to the floor of the bedroom. If you're staying here, ensure you have a bottle of water and check the drainage in the showers.…
Nice location. Small room. Very nice outside garden but very dirty. The bar was closed a few days in 5 I spent there and could not understand the reason. Fair breakfast. Personnel nice. Decoration very interesting. Nice policy for environment savings but one bath towel for two people is too less.
I spent 4 nights on a business trip. The room has very functional furniture. However, the lighting of the room is a bit strange. In particular, I would have a appreciated more light and more accessible light buttons in the area where the bed and table are.Bed and pillows are super comfortable, I had high quality sleep. Rooms on the backyard are really quiet. Rooms are clean and wifi works very well. The hotel is located in a nice area, not so close to the historical centre, but well connected with public transport (tram stop is 100 mt). I also enjoyed the hotel green policy. I did not try either breakfast or gym, so I have no opinions on those
Rooms are good (big bed and nice shower) but there’s a cleaning issue. The first night we noticed a lot of dog hair and dust on the floor. I personally think it’s great that the hotel is animal friendly but more cleaning is required then. I alerted the hotel who said they would take care of it. It was better the second night but still very dirty - I could not walk barefoot... I told the reception staff about it at checkout, they offered us breakfast to apologise (we didn’t have time but that was kind of them). Nice staff but there is serious improvement required when it comes to cleaning standards.
Very nice, very clean and with modern and efficient equipment. Excellent shower and towels. Quiet rooms (I was on the fifth floor). The hotel team is good, Matthieu was especially helpful, thanks again !
nice hotel. very clean rooms, if a bit spartan in decoration (the tv attached to the bed is weird, no low table to put the luggage despite space available). bar is cosy and friendly and food is nice, but service is sometimes too slow (40’ for a half-frozen taste tatin seems really excessive to me).
Went to Qbic to work in their coworking space for two months straight and it was a true discovery! The hotel shared its premises FOR FREE with all the young people in the city tired of teleworking from home. You can also rent a private office, which I did with my colleagues, with fast wifi and the possibility of ordering food - which by the way, is absolutely amazing. Shoutout to Claudia, the waitress who attended us, and her lovely attitude towards all guests (paying and not). Would recommend 100%
Having stayed at lots of hotels all over the world I normally don’t leave a review but I felt I had to as was such a quirky and great place to stay, the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. I would fully recommend and great value for money and it a great location too!
We hadn't the chance to try the dining experience, we heard the food was worth to pay for a room to stay for the night which is their current offer but sadly we have been rejected. An extremely rude waitress (short with glasses, Spanish or Italian, we couldn't tell) approached us at the reception when we got in to see the hotel and make the booking. She told us they weren't accepting any other customers because they were fully booked and invited us to leave, refusing to check if the hotel had room for the upcoming weeks. Too bad hotel chains do not invest in hiring staff trained to deal with customers, especially considering we were wearing masks and asked politely for more info and wanted to book.
My stay in the Qbic Hotel was wonderful! The staff is very friendly, the food was amazing (with room service available), the rooms are very comfortable and cosy. The coworking space and the garden are real advantages! If you had a request, the staff was always happy to help! I would definitely recommend a stay here!
