In a great location and a funky hotel, especially the swings in reception (my daughter loved those)! Good brekkie and coffee machine makes a good cuppa. Rooms spacious and nice bathroom. Friendly staff

My friend wanted to go to Brussels on short notice to see the city during our study abroad in the Netherlands. We stayed here for 4 days, and were pleased with our booking. It was close enough to the city to walk to most places (within a 40 minute walk of most attractions, 20 minutes from the city center, and a very short drive/bike). It was clean and efficient, and offered plenty of great amenities including umbrellas and a gym. The staff was friendly, although the bartender was a bit inexperienced at the time. All in all, a worthwhile stay.

The rooms and service were great. My only issue was noise in the neighborhood. 4 of the 5 nights of our stay, we would hear very loud yelling and screaming in the street the hotel was on. It started at 4am and continued till 6am. It didn't happen the last night we were there. I never figured out what it was, but we could not sleep very well at those times.

The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is the Interior design. We arrived in a room and immediately noticed that the floors were full of dust, and we had no drinking water or towels in the room. The next thing is that we were moved to a different room 2 nights after our arrival because the hotel had a leakage in the room. The staff moved our items to a new space with a drainage problem in the showers. (and again, no drinking water) Later after we had traveled to a different city and stayed in another hotel, when we arrived back at the B&B hotel, we were given a room with a broken window and a drainage problem. This drainage problem caused the water from the shower to leak into the room itself. ( and, of course, no cups for hot drinks ) We spoke with the hotel staff, and they told us they would fix this. Unsurprisingly after we came back from the trip back to the room, nothing was accomplished and the water still leaked from the shower to the floor of the bedroom. If you're staying here, ensure you have a bottle of water and check the drainage in the showers.

Nice location. Small room. Very nice outside garden but very dirty. The bar was closed a few days in 5 I spent there and could not understand the reason. Fair breakfast. Personnel nice. Decoration very interesting. Nice policy for environment savings but one bath towel for two people is too less.

I spent 4 nights on a business trip. The room has very functional furniture. However, the lighting of the room is a bit strange. In particular, I would have a appreciated more light and more accessible light buttons in the area where the bed and table are.Bed and pillows are super comfortable, I had high quality sleep. Rooms on the backyard are really quiet. Rooms are clean and wifi works very well. The hotel is located in a nice area, not so close to the historical centre, but well connected with public transport (tram stop is 100 mt). I also enjoyed the hotel green policy. I did not try either breakfast or gym, so I have no opinions on those

Rooms are good (big bed and nice shower) but there’s a cleaning issue. The first night we noticed a lot of dog hair and dust on the floor. I personally think it’s great that the hotel is animal friendly but more cleaning is required then. I alerted the hotel who said they would take care of it. It was better the second night but still very dirty - I could not walk barefoot... I told the reception staff about it at checkout, they offered us breakfast to apologise (we didn’t have time but that was kind of them). Nice staff but there is serious improvement required when it comes to cleaning standards.

nice hotel. very clean rooms, if a bit spartan in decoration (the tv attached to the bed is weird, no low table to put the luggage despite space available). bar is cosy and friendly and food is nice, but service is sometimes too slow (40’ for a half-frozen taste tatin seems really excessive to me).
