Three of us stayed across two rooms for three nights, and it was the cheapest place I could find short of a student hostel; and it wasn't bad. Rooms were simple and basic but clean and we had great view and balcony. Staff were fine - helpful; and a reported non-working bedside light sorted the day we mentioned it. OK access to city centre via trams and lots of local businesses in easy walking distance. If you want an economy stay I'd recommend. It is a little tired or dated but there seem to be plans to knock it down and build flats. I'd stay again. A bit of tram rumble early and late but unless you live in the middle of nowhere no worse than any urban location.

I have stayed in many Best Western branded hotels over the years, but this one should be closed and refurbished immediately or signs taken down. My room was tiny, and even though on the 6th floor the street noise was coming staright in to the room, felt like the trams were passing under my bed. Same from the hotel corridor, every single noise from other guests, the elevator or staff was like the room door was open. Run down , damages everywhere and a bathroom looking more like a backpacker hostel.Heating was turned off so icecold in my room when I arrived, and did not really get better. Radiator in the bathroom was broken. On the positive, wifi is free. Only reason to stay here is that there are very few other hotels to choose from in the Uccle heighbourhood.

Special case as I used the hotel as a recovery centre after a hip operation at St. Elisabeth Clinic of Europe which is just down the road. Incredible service over and above what one would expect, the receptionist even found me a hairdresser to come to my room. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the service, the food, the room, we had taken a Junior Suite and it should be known that they do special prices for long term stays. The rooms were kept immaculate and linen was changed daily, also the laundry service was excellent. Their restaurant was excellent and the staff both there and overall were really appreciated and we felt at home.

The property is right next to a tram station with a supermarket & other stores nearby. A great location indeed. The rooms are quite cozy & clean. The only thing missing was a touch of hospitality in the staff. The old lady at the reception behaved as if she was doing a favor to man kind by being there. Her tone was quite rude and unwelcoming. There would be no housekeeping/ room service post 6pm and when we discovered that housekeeping didn’t clean our room properly or change the towels and toiletries, we were asked to speak to them next morning and not bother the lady who was all alone manning the place. May be she’s actually over worked, but In all, a little bit of courtesy & hospitality from the staff could make this place great.

We had a very easy stay at this hotel as a group of about 15 for two nights. Everything was very easy for what we required. The location was great as only 45 mins walk to the centre. They kept the restaurant open late for when we arrived and the food was very good. The breakfast was just right, not over the top but a wide enough range of choice. The rooms were fine, again not posh but clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so easy.
