The Auberge is located in the middle of the village and on the Via Jacobi hiking trail that crosses Switzerland. It is across from the Château de Prangins which houses the Swiss National Museum. The Auberges has a handful of spacious, clean and modernised rooms above an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was basic, but to be expected for a tiny hotel....

This is an excellent hotel - the perfect combination of the old with the new, in an historic building with newly renovated rooms. I am a touring musician with long hours and what I need is privacy, a clean room with a desk to work at, good quality wifi, transport links and friendly, accommodating staff. This is exactly what I...

A building of character which has been modernised in recent years. Bedrooms are a bit minimalist but have all the essentials, good bathroom and are comfortable. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Free wifi is a strong point. Good value for money in that part of Switzerland.

This hotels is not is not on the expensive side of the scale (in this region many of the hotels are overpriced). It is located in the centre of Prangins, just a short jump from the castle (which is a museum now). It is not a typical holiday hotel, but perfect for a few-day stay. The rooms are comfortable and...

I had struggled to find a place in the area as we were coming to see a concert at Usine a Gaz. However, found this place after looking at the reviews. It seems this place has had a recent refurbishment as everything was clean and modernised with some of the old charm. We arrived on a late friday night and...

The place is now owned by the same people that manage l'Union in Crans. A welcome change of style and cuisine! Had Thai food as a plat du jour, Very tasty ! The place had also been refurbished with a more contemporary style and therefore has moved away from the traditional vaudois Auberge. Good place to go to.l believe you...

We stayed here on the 2nd night of our cycling tour round Lake Geneva. Upon our arrival the bikes were lowered into the cellar via a very smart (and expensive) lift system. The whole place has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very modern and contemporary. Its a little off the beaten...

Very nice hotel in Prangins. Compared to the other expensive hotels in Nyon this is affordable. 20 min walk to downtown Nyon so it might be a hike if you are looking for food or stores. There is one restaurant close by Cafe DesAlpes that has good food and open on Sundays. The rooms are small to swiss standards but...
