Stayed here this weekend just for one night and had a lovely time. Comfortable clean room and the staff were so helpful couldn’t ask for more, can’t wait to come back. Location was ideal for walks along the seafront and the Oak pub 10 mins walk down the road did amazing food. Well done!

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location , very pleasant and attentive staff . Nice pub/restaurant on site. Great breakfast and again friendly staff. The hotel was immaculate. Felt at ease checking in, during our stay and moving round the hotel. Car park with plenty of spaces on site. We have booked our next trip already!

Comfortable bed and useful bathroom with a bath. Very clean. Quiet - it's not just off the road. Blackout curtains. Quick check in & out, friendly staff. Ideal place to stay the night in Highcliffe. Walking distance to the beach and Hinton Admiral train station. Access to New Forest via train or cycle.

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend, family of four. On the whole it was ok, rooms were clean as they should be, but irritating locks on the doors and reception door, the key cards just don’t work. We had two rooms, had to change a key card , just didn’t work, we were told you need to put them in and out several times quickly! The main issue I had was on checking in one of rooms was 118, the toilet flusher didn’t work properly, it took over 20 minutes to fill the system and then pressing the flush button there was no resistance to it, it flushed half a cup of water, it was clearly not working properly I mentioned it on arriving as when I walked into the room the system was stuck open filling up with water, the flusher was stuck open A young lady came up opened the trap door to the system and said it was fine. Again after waiting 20 minutes I flushed it again and almost nothing, so I asked to be put into another rooms which reluctantly I was There things should be checked, not to almost argue the point with me, it didn’t flush properly Apart from these things it was ok.
