Roaches, have told them 3 times nothing ever done. No one at desk most of the time. Laundry room is a mess. Stay anywhere but here. A Joke of a hotel. Room stinks and they never clean it! Even the highway is a disaster to get here. Take this spot off your plans.

We stayed 1/14/2017 after long trip. Looked ok online BUT... rooms are poorly remodeled, beds are awful with some weird plastic cover, overhead lights did not work, towels stunk, no closet just a wire shelf,not sure the sprinklers are to code and the next morning the German cockroaches came out. Disgusting! Have called and emailed with NO RESPONSE from them...

My fiance and I moved here a couple of weeks ago, our experience has been awesome. We hope to be able to continue our stay. We wood like to call this place home. No complaints here, we are happier than a tornado in a trailer park and don't want to leave.

We arrived here after running away from Red Roof Inn in Jackson, a horrible place. I booked on Expedia and reached Byram by car. The hotel was very big, we had to wait 10 min before someone came to the lobby to check us in, even if it was before 10pm. The lady was nice and gave us a room...

my stay on the 1st floor has been excellent. it has always felt like i was at home. the staff truly does all they can tocreate a clean and enjoyable enviroment. with a very personable touch. i will notstay any were else but Value Place Byram.

I love my stay here..the staff is amazing any thing you need the handle it quickly..the managers autumn and beth really goes out the way for their customers and the maintanice guy chris is very nice and does his job well and best of all they all do their job really well .the cleaning lady ramona will make your room...

Stayed for 61 days for work. Staff, awful, rooms, worst beds ever. Exterior Doors never work. Children unmanaged . Manager never gets up from that front desk. Complaints to general manager go un answered . Could be a nice place under new management and stricter rules regarding noise and unkept children.

we are in the process of finishing our home and Value place has been the next best thing to standard renting! Autumn and the staff here have been wonderful to us!! They are always willing to help in any way possible, We will be recommending these great folks very highly!!

Value place has been a lifesaver!!!! Have been here since January as we try to get out home finished. Autumn and all of the staff here are willing to help in anyway you might need. I highly recommend!!!!!

Since 2010 I have stayed at about 15 different Value Place Hotels ranging from 1 week to 10 months. This was my first overnight stay (I still have my Value Place Room in another state where I have been the past 3 months). Do to a business weekend I've just had my first one night stay at a Value Place...
