Lovely looking place but it is no longer a Chambre d'hotes or bed and breakfast. Closed last year. The owners have apparently been trying for months to get Tripadvisor to remove the listing without sucess.

we travel down to south west France twice a year and this will now be on our stop over list. The building has been beautifully restored by the owners and is is extremely clean and comfortable, It is a bit off the beaten track so would recommend eating on route and then sitting in the lovely garden with a chilled... This is a lovely B&B in a beautiful part of France that is somewhat off the beaten path, which I think adds to its charm. The owners are incredibly welcoming and recommended a fantastic restaurant in Brioude, the room was very comfortable with a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious.

Les Ramades is a must - great welcome in a tastefully restored house full of antique furniture yet with a modern touch, REAL orange juice for breakfast, beautifully appointed bedroom with magificent views, good quality plumbing and a separate en suite WC. Excellent value for money - this is a chambre d'hôtes de charme to be recommended.

Fantastic. A 'must do'. This was an impromptu trip to the region which required only a one night stay. In these circumstances I don't always find somewhere to stay that I would rate. But the welcome we received at les Ramades made me wish we could stay at least another night, and we certainly will go out of our way... More

Lovely place! The views from the rooms and the eating area are breathtaking. The rooms have very nice details- a fluffy bathroom robe for example. The breakfast is top quality- freshly squeezed orange juice, nice tasty jams. We went with small kids and was perfect. Highly recommended.

We only had one night in the area, and it was way too short. This area of France is lovely, but there is very little tourist information in English. Our host was so helpful, and he had wonderful taste as to what was worth seeing. Our rooms were wonderful and breakfast was lovely. It is in a very idyllic setting... More

You couldn't get a more peaceful setting than the hamlet of Vazeille, but it's only 20 minutes or so away from the main A75 autoroute. Altan and Dirk have crafted a beautiful small chambres d'hote in attractive contemporary styling from a complex of old stone buildings, and serve creative, very high quality dinners in a friendly atmosphere with delightful views...
