The charm of this hotel is location, location, location. What a wonderful experience to have coffee or a beer out on the patio with the most wonderful view and sit there in the wonder of it all. Simply breathtaking.

We travelled up to the top of Mount Pilatus and had a great lunch in the hotel. It is definitely a cut above the other eating options at Pilatus Kulm. Lovely food and attentive service. A very enjoyable experience.

I'd suggest there are much nicer hotels in Lucerne and just go up for the day. It is a great stop to go up for lunch or a hike but there are other accommodations that would be much nicer down the mountain. I'm sure they have... More
I'd suggest there are much nicer hotels in Lucerne and just go up for the day. It is a great stop to go up for lunch or a hike but there are other accommodations that would be much nicer down the mountain. I'm sure they have to charge a premium in that all there supplies must be brought up too. Lunch was not cheap but was well worth it.
