Stayed here for one night. GPS found it easily. Based on a small commercial estate, but wooded too, this was a quiet and very pleasant stop. Plenty of free secure parking. Staff are very friendly and English is spoken if you need it. The rooms are the traditional Ibis but with comfortable beds. Covid rules obeyed. Ate in the restaurant for dinner which was quite good. Plenty of seating and space. Hotel very quiet since the pandemic started but a very nice overnight stop. Would certainly stay again.

Hotel's Favorite
After a long day in the car we were glad to arrive at the Hotel. We had a very warm welcome from the receptionist who advised that the restaurant was open so we dropped our bags in the room and went to find something to eat. The menu is varied and either A La Carte or Prix Fixe and we chose the two course option. While we waited for our food we were served a platter of bread with a length of sausage to chomp on. We both had the green vegetable soup and I had the cod while my husband had chicken. It was all delicious and attractively presented. Well done Chef. Our room on the first floor, was warm and comfortable and the shower next morning was invigorating. We did not have breakfast as we wanted a quick get-away but when I settled the bill, I was offered a cup of tea to take away with us. How lovely was that?

Stayed here a few times and its always good. You always know what to expect from an Ibis, it will be near a shopping park or on the edge of town ! Food & service in the restaurant excellent, good surface carpark, dogs accepted at €5 a night. Not near Chartres centre, but good if travelling through as near national routes N154 & N10

I was just staying one night basically just to sleep. The hotel is just outside Chartres and I didn't have any problems finding it using my GPS. I noticed several hairdressers on the way there and went to one of them the following day called Jolies Mômes which was much cheaper than in Paris and did a nice hairdo with my long hair. There was also a shopping centre with a Géant Casino so I went there and bought a vacuum cleaner by Hoover for much less than the price at Darty. It was great as there weren't many people around. I stocked my car boot up with packs of Evian and lime Perrier then drove back round the corner to the Ibis and parked in the hotel car park. I was greeted by Clara at reception who was very friendly and carried my suitcase up to the first floor for me as there was no lift. The room was 13m2 instead of the usual 11m2 so while it was still very small at least you could move. The shower was also bigger which was nice. There was a large double bed and an Ibis bed is always comfortable as were the pillows. The only problem with the room was that as soon as you opened the window some flies flew in and I only managed to kill a couple of them. One lucky one spent the night with me. There was a restaurant and bar downstairs which was nice with a basic menu but I wanted to go out for dinner. I had planned to go to a nearby restaurant called L'Amuse Bouche but it was closed so I had to drive into Chartres to have dinner. If you just want a place to sleep at a good price this hotel is fine and it's close to the motorway if you want to stop over quickly.

Friendly welcome and quiet and well organised.the staff were helpful. The car park was very convenient. A very clean and well organised hotel that was doing all possible to cope with the Coronavirus complications - in my opinion.
