I stayed here with my family of 6, plus a baby. The homestay is very friendly, and accommodating. We had a lovely stay. View from the roof top was very nice. Highly recommended, great value for money.

After three years since we met and stayed with Damodar and his family at Rupa View Guesthouse, I happened to attend a Vipassana course in Pokhara where the Dhamma center is in the same area where this awesome guesthouse is located, so it was inevitable to reconnect with Damodar and stay at least for one night in this great place,...

Clean room with bathroom in a good location. The food was QUITE good as well. It would have got 5 stars if in cost of $14 A ,a basic breakfast was included. You can do a walk from here to Rupa lake and back ( about 2 hours }

Dear Vicki Thank you very much for your nice review. I am bit confused about the cost of $14 you mentioned. We have charged $ 10 for the room and with breakfast for two person it was around $ 14.

Currently staying here for the second time. The views from our balcony room are stunning with snow capped mountains, hills and lakes to see in all directions. Our room is simple and is clean and comfortable. Eating dinner with our hosts and family is lovely too. Better than Pokhara and Kathmandu combined this is a beautiful location in a beautiful...

My companion, Mary and I had a very enjoyable visit to Rupa View. The view of the mountains and Rupa Lake are stunning and the food absolutely delicious. We were delighted to drink fresh ground coffee from beans grown on the site. Rupa View lies on the top of a hill with a beautiful large garden and was full of...

We stayed for almost one week in this beautyful little place. Its located outside of Pokhara wich you can reach by bus or taxi. The Area is perfect to hide from the Noise of the City and find yourself relaxed in between small villages. The Family is friendly and always there for any wish. We had the best Dahl Bat...

About 10km south east of Pokhara lies this little slice of heaven. We were meant to stay for 5 nights, but ended up staying for 7 (and will probably be back for a couple more before we leave Nepal). The rooms are big and very clean and there is a nice balcony that runs around the building. The roof terrace...

Have stayed a couple of times at Rupa View Guest House. Always felt " just like at home" by the owner family. Rooms are OK and the ecological food excellent. The view from the roof is marvelous on clear days. Nice villages to visit closely.

We booked with our family for a weekend away from Pokhara. The location of the guesthouse is slightly off the road and this means a small walk down from the main road. However this makes Rupa View quiet and peaceful. We had booked two of the smaller rooms for our family ( 2 kids and 2 adults), however these didn't...
