The vineyard suite had all the amenities. The bathroom floors were heated as well as the towel racks. Two showers-one inside and one outside. Separate tub area. Television in bathroom as well as bedroom. Separate eating area for the breakfast brought to the room each morning. Gated front courtyard. Patio in back. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and eager... More

The highlight of our visit was The Louise. The accommodations, staff and food were excellent as was the proximity to wine cellar doors. The Appelation restaurant atvThe Loyise is a must do dining experience. The chef creates outstanding dishes.

Our return visit to The Louise, again in Winter, affirmed for us the special ambience of this Barossa resort. From booking to arrival to checking in -all was efficient and friendly. The apartments with their private courtyards are well appointed and very cosy and calming - from fireplace to lounge chairs to luxurious bathroom with outside shower and a bed... More

If it were possible to award a 6 out of 5 this would be my rating. On arrival we were greeted before we made the reception, the employee being highly professional, courteous and friendly. We were checked into out apartment very efficiently. The apartment itself is fantastic. Well appointed, private, immaculately clean, romantic and great views this place offers the... More

What a unique resort The Louise is in the Barossa Valley in South Australia. We rate it as 6 star after our experience. The suite we had, one of a very small number of suites, approx. 15, went beyond our expectations and our dinner at their Appellation Restaurant made the occasion so memorable for us. Our children gave us the... More

The rooms are luxurious and very private, with lovely views of vineyards. The Appellation restaurant has excellent food and a good selection of local wines. The staff are wonderful,... More

This was our second stay at The Louise and once again it did not disappoint. We were personally greeted as we approached the reception building and our welcome and checkin took place in our suite which was a nice touch. The accommodation is superb from the comfy chairs positioned in front of the fire to the heated floor of the... More

We were so impressed with the accommodation and the service, would definitely stay here again. I really liked the way we were greeted as we were walking up the courtyard entrance and were taken straight to our suite without having to go to reception, check in was done on the way to our suite, EXCELLENT way to check in!
