We stayed at Sakihara-Sou for 5 nights and can highly recommend it to all travellers. The place is centrally located, clean, with great food and lovely owners. They will pick you up at the airport, do all they can to make your stay at Yonaguni a wonderful experience and take you away to the airport at the end of your stay. Be it diving you are after, snorkelling, Yonaguni horse or simply beach, they will prove invaluable source of information. We have certainly had here most wonderful time and were sad to leave this place. In many a case they went out of their way just to help us with everything we needed. We give five ***** out of five. First a warning. Be sure to write them when you reserve as their English is not very good and it's easier for them to get the right date and what you want that way.

This B&B is in Sonai close to airport. It's Japanese Style, which means tatami rooms and futons to sleep in, but the rooms are very clean and range from cozy to very, very nice (Room 201 has windows on three sides!).

There is a big common room with TV and a nice chill out corner. There's a lot of different people there, a lot of divers of course as that's what Yonaguni is famous for and it's great to chat with the people after breakfast or dinner.

Breakfast changes each day, usually it switches between Japanese Style and Western Style. Dinner is always Japanese Style, usually there's yummy fresh fish and sashimi. The volume is more than sufficient and the food really good. There are also some restaurants close-by so you can also go with breakfast only if you'd like to decide for yourself...
