We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Karaksa Spring hotel in Osaka. The hotel is very well located, spotless, provides a good breakfast and a transfer to/from the airport. During our stay at the hotel, we encountered a minor misunderstanding, which was dealt with in an exceptional manner by the Manager, Yu Sekiguchi. His outstanding professionalism, keen sense of customer service and ability to handle the situation made our stay memorable. We will certainly go back to this hotel and hopefully have a chance to meet Mr. Sekiguchi again!
No idea who rate this place as 4 star hotel???? Absolutely not according to my experience and expectations from 4 star hotel! The room are very small, the pictures quite misleading! What is called restaurant is at best highschool cafeteria, open Only for breakfast, the reality- there is no restaurant! The towels in the bathroom are enlarged table napkins, but definitely not 4 star hotel towels.
TripADeal used this hotel for our first night in Japan. We felt like we were on the outskirts of Osaka. While the hotel is clean and neat with a reasonable breakfast the room was small with three beds taking up the whole room. There is no lounge area to sit no bar and no restaurant or room service. For dinner it is very limited and we were told the supermarket was the best option. Disappointing stay but staff were lovely and friendly.
A very modern clean hotel. our room was lovely and clean although a bit on the small side. Our bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many things to choose from there would be something there for everyone.
The service is excellent, friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious. Even the bathroom was roomier than I heard it would be. Breakfast was included and quality was superb for a free breakfast buffet compared to other free breakfast buffets I’ve had in America. There is free WiFi and airport shuttle available and laundry is wash/dry a load for 400yen. If you are doing a medium or larger load though, don’t expect your clothes to get dry all the way. There are smoking areas sealed and ventilated so smokers can stay close by and not have to walk far. There are vending machines available on each floor with numerous drinks, snacks, ramen and even beer for a reasonable price. You can also exchange your currency on site at a machine next to check in. We stayed here 3 nights and would definitely come back again. Train station (Hagurazaki) is under 10 minute walk and on the way you can visit 7-11, bentos and sandwiches in Japan are in another league compared to our 7-11 in Hawaii. …
