We stayed here for three days, it was the biggest mistake we've ever made. The website offers all kinds of marine activities, but the reality is sadly well below expectations. You have to pay extra for every thing, beach parasols, chairs etc. The special activities, which are highly advertised, such as swimming with dolphins and rays, which you'd expect to... More

We stayed at the Renaissance Okinawa for 4 days in July. The hotel is far from the airport and although the hotel offers a shuttle bus, you need to go to the domestic terminal and be aware of the pick up hours because you may need to wait at the airport a little bit. Taxi is extremely expensive like $100... More

I had a lot of points and this was right on the beach, so I couldn't pass this up for my family. My wife and I came with my parents and our three older teenagers. I read some reviews about the number of kids at the resort, so I came prepared, but it turned out to never be a problem.... More

Cost 60,000 yen per night ($599 USD) First of all this hotel appears to have been built during the 1980's boom of Japanese products and manufacturing. The whole decor, from the entrance, to reception, to the guest rooms all scream 80's. I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Rewards member and I was treated fairly upon check-in with the usual 500 points... It is a decent and proper family hotel so you should expect long queue and slow moving, which is perhaps very common. The beach is small but nice, at least much better than the public beaches in the island. Location is good which is an hour away from Naha where you can take it as a hopping spot to the... More

We came here for 4 days and stayed on an upper level floor, corner room, sea view. Absolutely gorgeous view. If you have kids, a lot of the amenities are geared around them, dolphin, turtle, wallaby and goat feeding - although these come at an extra charge. It's a safe controlled environment to introduce the young ones to animals. If... More

Everything is in there, no need to go out for food or for fun. Variety marine programs, great pool, great SPA, good food, great beach.. We really enjoyed the stay. Travelers with kids are definitely suggested to stay there. The hotel is quite old,but maintance is well, clean, comfortable. Service is great too. Room service is also good.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The resort facilities were great and especially for children. Many of the hotel guests were local Japanese (typically polite and friendly). However, english speaking was a challenge for foreigners. The room size was big (compared to other hotels in Japan),... This hotel resort is the finest Okinawa has to offer. The desserts were sumptuous as the JTB lounge provided the most delicious of cakes. The dining halls were memorable as I had the chance to speak French in ordering my favorite dishes. We would definitely go there again and enjoy the Okinawan hospitality. Enjoy this resort all year around and you... More

My family and I stayed in this resort for 4 nights. It is a splendid place for families. This resort is really kids friendly. They have an indoor pool with slides where children can spend the entire day. The onsen is also nice and children are allowed until 8 PM. Obviously, no tattoo are permitted in the pool and in...
