During our trip in Japan we stayed at several places but Markus and Kyokos B&B was definately the best accomodation. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was great and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Markus even drove us to the ski region since the bus wasn't driving at this time of the year. There was always time for a chat...

Even before we arrived in Hakuba, Markus was very helpful by organising our pick up with luggage from the train station. On arrival at B&B Koyuki we were greeted with a beautiful, warm, wooden ski lodge which was very clean. Markus collected our key and gave us a tour of the shared facilities and our traditional Japanese room, all of...

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced B & B then this is it. The room was spacious and the futon mattress very comfortable. Markus and Kyoko were both friendly and helpful with Markus driving me to the onsen and restaurant after I sprained my ankle whilst skiing.

My wife and I stayed at Koyuki BnB for a few nights on our first trip to Hakuba. We had such a good time, Markus and his wife Koyuki were superb hosts in offering advice on and assisting with booking restaurants, picking us up from the station and even giving us a lift to the ski lifts when the shuttle...

We had the most wonderful stay with Markus and Kyoko, they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble from meeting us at the train station to booking restaurants, taxis for us etc. Their home is beautiful, immaculately clean and so quiet and peaceful - waking up with the sun glistening through the trees every morning was...
