We came to Hakuba towards the end of their ski season and there wasn't as much snow around as in previous years. Still plenty of snow higher up in the mountains. We did 3days of skiing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front office staff were exceptional and made our stay at the hotel most enjoyable. Although the hotel itself...

We stayed four nights in Hakuba springs hotel recently in March, and found the staff to be extremely helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. We have to say however that the hotel self we found to be of an average standard. For example: bed was not made daily, and sheets had not been changed for four days. Although...

This Hotel really has their act together. From the moment you arrive the service is second to none. The food is excellent, especially for dinner and the reception staff really are the most friendly and helpful we have ever come across. The fact that the Onsen is a part of your stay for no extra cost is great too. When...

Stayed for one week in Feb-March 2016 on a ski trip. Could not fault a thing. The location is cental and a short walk to the bus terminal. The shuttle busses for several ski areas stop right at your front door. The Onsen is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant and bar attached. Rooms were...

I stayed at The Springs Hotel with a big group of friends last week and thoroughly loved it. We were with four other couples at the hotel and we really appreciated how central it was. The bus station was a casual stroll down the road and not much further was Lawson ( great Japanese convenience chain with everything) . There...

Such a fantastic stay. Hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to help, the rooms are clean, only a short walk to the ski slopes and an onsite onsen. Would recommend asking for a soft pillow as the original one us hard with rock like beads in the bottom of them.. Will definitely be returning next trip....

Firstly a few small niggles. WIFI is pretty poor we had to connect in the hallway and secondly there is not really a drying room . Having said that lots of positives 1. Staff were exceptional always wanting to help and go beyond expectations 2. Location was excellent 200m from Happo One lifts , near lots of restaurants and adjoining...

I stayed for a night in January at the Springs Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a short walk to Happo one. Shuttle buses run from and to the hotel to some ski slopes, including Hakuba 47, Iimori, Goryu, Escal Plaza. Across the hotel, is a rentals shop "Spicy Rentals" where we can get our ski equipment....
