We stayed for 3 nights in February and had a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient, a short 10 minute walk from Sakka lift. We had a large room at the back of the lodge with a nice view of trees and the valley....More

Thanks for your message, the cost of the trains to Nagano from Narita via Ueno is 10,500 yen and then the bus from Nagano to Hakuba is 1,600 yen so total travel cost would be around 12,000 yen where the Nagano Snow Shuttle costs 9,000 yen. You will probably arrive into Hakuba earlier catching the trains if you arrive during the day before 5pm but you don't have to worry about connections with the Nagano Snow Shuttle you can just sit and relax.
