One of the best hotels in Cheonan city. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom a little small but functional. The hotel has a restaurant that offers simple dishes for dinner. There is a supermarket not far away on foot which is worth the visit and which offers prepared meals and sushi. The elevator sometimes took a long time to arrive.

Room is clean and spacious. It is spring and so hot in my room I couldn't sleep. Glad I could prop open the window. Breakfast is good - plenty to choose from. Other eating options are VERY limited. No room service and no full service restaurant for dinner. The menu is poor if you are looking for dinner of any kind . . a few items to choose from. In addition, I am jet lagged and wanted to eat dinner at 6:30 pm. Lounge opens at 6:00 pm. When I arrived I was turned away and told to come back at 8 pm because they rented out the facility to a private party!! Ridiculous to have zero other options and they did not disclose at time of booking. As single female, I will not travel out in the evening alone so I am stuck. This is inconsiderate of paying hotel guests.

I stayed here for 6 days and whilst i enjoyed the comfort of the hotel i did not think it was great value for money. At around KRW120k/night i expected a lot more. That rate did not include breakfast where most other 4* hotels charging that price include breakfast.
Bed was comfortable, room spotlessly clean. Used the gym a few times which was well kitted out. Hotel is quite centraland close tosome good coffee shops, restaurants and clubs if your into that sort of thing.
Would i stay here again? Yes but only if someone else was paying the bill.

Staying for 3 nights on business. 1st night couldn’t sleep as the temp in room was over 30 degrees. Tried to turn on air con but couldn’t get it to work. On my way to breakfast the following morning I overheard other guests complain about the temperature in the rooms so I knew it wasn’t just my room. I asked at reception and was told the air conditioning was turned off and I should open a window. The 2nd night I opened the window and the temp did drop a couple of degrees but now couldn’t sleep from the noise from the motorway. Not looking forward to tonight’s attempt to sleep.

After a tiring trip I was looking forward to some sleep, but I did not count on getting a Sauna as a room . Outside 11 degrees, in my room 27 and stuffy.
All they did at the lobby was giving me a fan and telling me the air works. Instead the temperature rose.
I asked for a different room, but that request was ignored.

Rooms are simple clean and good as other hotel of this hotel chain, but breakfast I had experienced here was awful. Although I paid 25 dollars per person, the service and availability of drink and food were not worth it at all. Employees serve with unhappy face.

Arrived at the Shilla Stay after an 11 hour flight and a two-and-a-half hour bus journey. I have work at 9.00 tomorrow morning, just wanted a quick bite, a beer and bed.
The hotel information says that the restaurant is open every evening for dinner. Well, not tonight. Just a board outside saying "closed." I found a member of staff but the only English he could manage was "no dinner."
There is also supposed to be a bar open every night, but that seems never to be open.
It looks like a Western hotel, but the service is far, far from it. 4 Stars? Only in price.

Given the location this hotel was fine. Rooms were basic and clean.. main problem was the heating in the room, the rooms were extremely warm and management couldn’t change the temperature making it a very uncomfortable stay. Breakfast and food was good. Gym very small and basic.
