Nice, modern hotel. Great bathrooms Quiet and restful. Experiences for guests was ok but we expected better selections for tasting and dinners. I’d go again, I’d just do the experiences myself as well as dining reservations. Pricey .

Amazing! Everything was amazing. Staff, room, view, spa, dining, bicycle rides and most importantly, the champagne! It’s a costly stay for sure but one that will be remembered for a very long time! Thank you for the lovely stay!

I travel often, and was absolutely amazed at the beauty, design, amenities, and location. To date, this has got to be my favorite hotel state of all time. I hope to go back in another year and spend more nights there. The spa is incredible, the food, delicious, and the service throughout the hotel impeccable. It would be especially nice to go there during a honeymoon or for a special occasion. Located only a short distance to the champagne tasting rooms, it would be a wonderful choice for anyone visiting northern France.

This hotel was one of the best experiences. The service and restaurants live up to the Travel and Leisure top ten! Michelin restaurant Le Royal was superb. And when we had dinner at the bar, Thomas and William, the bar tenders, were friendly and welcoming. Every detail was attended to and I cannot say enough about the service.

Another visit. Beautiful hotel with panoramic views of the vines of the Montagne de Reims and very handily placed for exploring the region or as stop-over while heading north or south.. Very efficient welcome by the voituriers and the reception staff. The rooms benefit from the views and are immaculately presented with all mod cons. The internal design of the hotel promotes an easy flow between areas. The gastronomic restaurant maintains a very high standard with a very attentive and well run team. Excellent service. Breakfast was first rate with a large choice at the buffet. Well worth another visit.

Another fantastic stay at Royal Champagne and Spa. My wife and I have returned to this amazing hotel year after year and we are already planning the next trip. Architecturally awe inspiring design with a service standard we have not seen in years. The food was prepared to a very high standard and the Michelin star restaurant made the special occasion even more special. Thanks to the attentive team especially Anthony the sommelier who surpassed all others. Thanks especially for offering us some great rare wines and all with stylish interesting wine knowledge. We look forward to returning very soon.

5*DL pricing & 4* service .Emperors new clothes ! Over priced & under delivered . Hotel has lost its pre Covid magic . Food simply atrocious & tasteless . Each course at dinner was more tasteless than the next & service was very amateur courtesy in part to insufficient trained staff .

The most incredible experience staying here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. Everything from the moment we checked in to leaving was perfect. Staff were all fantastic throughout. Our room was gorgeous, the bottle of champagne and nibbles were well received, perfect bathroom with gorgeous shower and bath plus diptyque toiletries which were lovely. The spa was great with hot tub, heated indoor and outdoor pools, plenty of water to drink, perfect wifi and comfortable loungers. Breakfast was faultless. Try the hot chocolate! Having a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel is also a great addition and of the 3 Michelin starred restaurants we were lucky enough to eat in during our honeymoon it was our favourite by far. The cheese trolley - sensational. The young red haired waiter was wonderful. You’ll need a car or a taxi to get to the champagne houses but the hotel organised this seamlessly. We hope to be able to come back!!…

Could not recommend the Royale Champagne any more! I visited with my sister for her birthday and we received a glass of champagne upon arrival! From the champagne in the room to the staff catering to all of our needs - it was just divine! We went for a tasting at Le Clerc which was organised by the hotel, then had dinner in their beautiful restaurant. They even bought out a cake for my sisters birthday! Cocktails and wine list are superb as are the food paired with them. Can’t wait to come back and visit for longer
