10 of us stayed here in February 2014. Looking at some reviews on here I'm frankly amazed that some people don't like it. Yes some of the public places such as hallways could do with a facelift but the rooms were very good. They were slightly on the small side for some of the party but my wife and I...

I agree with a lot of the reviews I read before I departed. The hotel facilities are tired. Silly things like the furniture in the bar area and the restaurant need tightening as they can feel like they're going to fall apart when you sit on them. The reception staff were very helpful. The bar staff were friendly when you...

The premise is very basic and needs renovation. The rooms are very small, beds are falling apart. WiFi service although it is free is bad. Works only at some places in the resturant and at one specific part of the lobby. There is a wide selection of food but the quality is medium. Ski training is by ESF and we...

Excellent reception as we were greeted with helpers to take our luggage to the reception from the coach, which we have not experienced before at a ski resort! Efficient check in. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the mountain. Complimentary bottles of water were given and replaced as necessary by the hotel. Cosy heater and...

We just came back from a GREAT WEEK in Club Med les Arcs Extreme. I never saw my boys aged 12 and 13 as they had a wonderful time with the passworld team where they have their own dedicated area which includes some computer games. Stephanie is an AMAZING chef de village, she does a FANTASTIC job. She is everywhere...

I went to this club in January 2013. I found it rather basic but more than sufficient for my needs. The hallway from the rooms to the dinning area was very cold (but it was -15 Celsius outside). The elevators are a bit slow, so you have to give yourself enough time in the mornings. The staff was very friendly...

We have just got back from a wonderful week in Club Med's Les Arcs Extreme. The hotel was ski in/out, the rooms nice and warm, plenty of space. The Food, OMG, its surpassed our expectations. Everything was perfect, the staff friendly, all I spoke to had perfect English. We did find reaching Club Med on the phone slow, but in...

We have been twice with Club Med (La Plagne) before and had a great time. Unfortunately, I injured my knee this time on day 4 and was left on crutches. Following this Club Med were totally useless and inefficient in every regard. They showed no concern for any duty of care and got the accident report totally wrong. We asked...
