We stayed for 4 nights in June. It was the best bread and breakfast we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and facilities were absolutely marvellous . The hosts were so friendly and could not do enough for us.

What a find ,excellent in every way. A lovingingly restored house which was so well appointed for all local attractions, immaculately clean and luxurious yet so friendly and homely, a real credit to both Bettina and Chris. Cannot fault Chris's gourmet delights and certainly well worth the price ,in fact have not eaten as good in 5 star restaurants. Stayed for... More

This is the second time we've stayed here while visiting family locally. It really is fabulous. Very well appointed room, stunning garden, great facilities and delicious breakfast. Cocktails were very well received and the hosts are so welcoming. We'll be back. It's so much more than a B&B/Guest House!

What an excellent, first class guest house. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we wanted for nothing. A friendly and welcoming set up. The house itself is just first class. We stayed in the four poster bedroom with twin spa bath. The room was just immense. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and the bed... More

We stayed one night at Tigh Na Leigh along with another couple and had a fabulous time. Bettina met us on arrival and make us feel extremely welcome. We stayed in Room 4 with the four-poster bed and it was really spacious and very nicely appointed. We decided upon booking that we would like to have dinner in-house as everywhere... More

We had a very comfortable room on the ground floor with a large bathroom. This is the only B&B I have ever encountered with so many public rooms for guests to sit and relax, read, look at the delightful garden or have a drink - four rooms in all: more than in many hotels. The evening meal was delicious and... More

The owners describe their house as a B&B but this is something of an understatement. A boutique hotel at B&B prices would be more accurate. At the end of May this year, as several times before, I stayed here prior to moving further north on a fishing trip. I never bother looking for any other accommodation in this area. I... More

Its impossible to criticise this place and the people, genuinely friendly, and whatever you do, eat in the conservatory for dinner, there is a reason its Michelin recommended. Peaceful, very friendly and just the best. Its a credit to the work that the owners put into your stay, and super dog friendly as well, loads of great dog walks.

Make no mistake, this is an absolutely top notch B&B, luxuriously furnished, great facilities, really good breakfast. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. In fact we stayed while walking the Cateran trail, when all we needed was a bed, bath and breakfast, and felt we didn't fully take advantage of the excellent facilities. If it's... More

Please except our apologies for the erroneous information regarding the bridge. Before you had arrived we checked with various sources, (The Hotel nearest the bridge + our local tourist office) for an update on whether it was open or not. At that time it was closed. We assumed, incorrectly as it turned out when you arrived 3 days later ,the bridge... More

We have been traveling around Scotland for days and for us this is the best B&B in Scotland! It's located in Alyth which is very calm but close enough for all you want to do in the area. The rooms are big and well equipt, the garden is beautiful. The hosts are worm, wonderful people, who realy do their best... More
