Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. Nothing is too much and they will be at your service when you need it. The food
is extraordinary. Every night you will be surprised with the best and most tastefull dishes. Also a very diverse breakfastbuffet to start the day when you want to go out skiing for the day.
The rooms are spacious and luxurious.
Situated next to the chairlift it's easy to start your day of skiing.

The most beautiful and immaculate hotel set right next to the ski resort. The attention to detail is far beyond any other hotel. The staff are more than helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate with every amenity needed, from luxury down pillows and duvets to the most comfortable beds. The spa and outdoor areas are immaculate, the whole ambience is relaxing. We dined in the restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner, attention to detail, choice and cleanliness are of a high quality.

The most amazing stay! We felt like this was a home away from home with superb dining and breathtaking views; the staff was incredible, even throwing a birthday party for my husband with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Mr. Singer is attentive to his guests and gave us a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye as we headed out to our next destination. The most friendly staff with the best spa- don't miss the daily steam treatments. This is the place to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy the best of alpine life.

Everything is amazing about this home away from home. The hospitality is unbelievable and the staff is courteous beyond explanation. The facilities are top-notch. The hotel's swimming pool and spa facilities are quite decent. The highlight is every day special 5-course dinner. The wine selection is amazing. You can't ask for a better gastronomical treat. If I forgot to mention, the hotel, by the way, is in the lap of nature with outstanding views and the location allows everyone of all ages to explore nature through hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls. And this was just a summer theme we could experience. Last but not least, the Singer family stays on the hotel property and you can see them eating breakfast or dinner alongside hotel guests. A classic example of "Eat your own dog's food". Thank you hotel Singer and staff for a memorable stay :-)

This summer we, my husband and our 2 children (8 & 12 years old), stayed one week in Hotel Singer in Berwang and we really enjoyed it!
Hotel Singer is really a family hotel! The staff is very friendly and professional. After 2 days they already know your favorite wine or cocktail.
After a day in the mountains (hiking, biking, downhill with steps) the children enjoyed playing in the pool.
We will certainly go back to this nice hotel!

This could quite possibly be the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
I was torn as to whether to leave this review as I’ll be sad if too many people discover how truly wonderful it is but, the stay and the staff deserve the praise so here it is.
I am currently writing this review before leaving as I did not want to forget anything before we left. We have travelled as two families with children ranging from 10 down to 4.
Absolutely everything has been beyond perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with so much space for family accommodation.
The food has been nothing short of excellent. Every single mouthful has been delicious. The children have also been catered for with such thought every night something for them to choose from.
The spa is such a wonderful tranquil place to relax after a hard morning, with indoor/ outdoor pools, I was also lucky enough to have a few treatments which were excellent.
But, my main admiration is for all those who work here at the hotel singer. So helpful and pleasant, every member of staff we have had the pleasure of meeting has been a true delight.
I’m not a natural skier nor mountain dweller but my stay here has convinced me otherwise and I simply cannot wait to return.
The family feel is woven into this hotel and I thank all who made our family stay so very special.

We stayed at Hotel Singer for four nights to enable us to walk in the nearby mountains. We were slightly dubious about the prospect of half board but the food was superb. The staff were all courteous and friendly and the facilities were lovely. Great pools indoors and outdoors, lovely sauna area (albeit nude),small gym, cosy relaxation room and while the bedrooms perhaps lacked some character compared to other Relais & Chateau hotels, they were comfortable and well equipped. The village does not have a lot going on so it might not suit visitors without a car but it is smack in the middle of great walking territory with lovely hikes e.g Sebensee Lake nearby. Mr Singer was often in evidence and I suspect that makes a difference as you got the impression the hotel was tightly managed and high standards maintained. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone.

Returning to The Singer after 39 years was very special for me. I still remember the hospitality of the late Herr Singer very vividly. In particular, I have a fond memory of the kitchen party.
The attention to detail and continuous improvement was very much evident. We loved the choice of pillows and our selection of fruit on our arrival. The "new" Spa facility was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our treatments.
Dinner was excellent. My wife thought her (actually my) panne cotta was the best she had tasted
The new generation of Singers have continued the great tradition

We stayed at the hotel last week and we had a wonderful time there. The Singer family and staff ensured that we had a holiday to remember for many years to come. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The accommodation, facilities , Spa and food superb. The area is stunning and there is lots to do and see in the area .

Pour acceder au spa, pas la peine de sortir de l'hôtel, une magnifique galerie lumineuse passe sous la route, pour acceder au bâtiment se trouvant de l'autre coté. Le chemin pourrait paraître un peu long pour des personnes se deplaçant avec difficulté !
