The most amazing stay! We felt like this was a home away from home with superb dining and breathtaking views; the staff was incredible, even throwing a birthday party for my husband with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Mr. Singer is attentive to his guests and gave us a warm welcome and a heartfelt goodbye as we headed out to our next destination. The most friendly staff with the best spa- don't miss the daily steam treatments. This is the place to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy the best of alpine life.

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. Nothing is too much and they will be at your service when you need it. The food is extraordinary. Every night you will be surprised with the best and most tastefull dishes. Also a very diverse breakfastbuffet to start the day when you want to go out skiing for the day. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Situated next to the chairlift it's easy to start your day of skiing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who really wants to experience the true holiday vibe. We will, for sure, come back. Thank you family Singer and staff for a unforgettable holiday.

Stayed for 4 nights in a large suite with fabulous mountain view. Service - front desk, restaurant and the entire crew are outstanding. Rooms are large, with all amenities, ensure you get the working fireplace and balcony. The spa is across the street via an underground walkway. All 4-season activities are either in Berwang or via a 20 minute drive. The website provides full details on activities. A car is needed. Food in the restaurant is excellent. The half-board works. Breakfast is plentiful with changing hams, lots of pastries, cheeses, fruit, etc. Dinner, 5-courses, also changes each evening and portions are large. The cheese selection is wonderful. The wine list is heavy Austrian with the full range of French wines - try Austrian wines, the sommelier knows the wines. Just outstanding. The price is right for the value and service you receive.

We decided to spend the last 2 days of our summer holidays at Hotel Singer. That was a very good choice. This hotel has it all. Beautifull rooms, superb service, amazing food and drinks, stunning views over the Alps and a propper holiday atmosphere. We were here with 2 children ( 4 and 7 ) and they had the best time too. We would highly recommend this hotel and we deffinately will come back, also in the winter. Thanks to all the great staff who made this (too short ) stay as pleasant as can be.

This summer we, my husband and our 2 children (8 & 12 years old), stayed one week in Hotel Singer in Berwang and we really enjoyed it! Hotel Singer is really a family hotel! The staff is very friendly and professional. After 2 days they already know your favorite wine or cocktail. After a day in the mountains (hiking, biking, downhill with steps) the children enjoyed playing in the pool. We will certainly go back to this nice hotel!

This is a forward looking stylish Relais & Chateau hotel with outstanding traditional values honed over 90 years in three generations of the Singer family. Many guests return regularly - which speaks for itself. The hotel has been totally renovated and the resulting public spaces and bedrooms (with great bathrooms) are modern and stylishly comfortable. The food is of international, award winning, fine dining standards with modern twists on traditional dishes; much of the produce is locally sourced. Delicious treats every night! Dining is still an occasion in an elegant room; the Singer family dine with their guests most nights. The Singers pay personal attention to the day to day running of the hotel and are around to welcome all their guests. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality is mirrored by their professionally trained, loyal staff. Nothing is too much trouble. All this makes for a truly relaxing holiday in a stunningly beautiful mountain setting. There’s lots to do locally from finding pretty villages, going on great walks in both easy and challenging hills and mountains and then there are lakes to explore and castles to visit. The Singer Spa in the hotel grounds is a joy. It is a huge separate building with a gym, choice of saunas and steam rooms, a relaxation room and an indoor/outdoor pool set in an alpine garden with great views. The spa treatments are top notch. This is a great hotel where we truly experienced their claim “our passion, your holiday”.

Who has heard of Berwang? The more surprising it is to find such a little treasure of an hotel. Although located on the road, we were not bothered by noise as our room was facing the mountain at the back. This is a stylish hotel, great decor - and well maintained. Ideal for excursion to Zugspitze and other mountains, or just lovely walks. Rooms are most comfortable. To go for dinner in the evening is a special experience in this beautiful dining room, with candles and staff dressed the Austrian way. Food was OK - if not that special, but with a salad and cheese buffet one cannot complain. Best of all was the service in the dining room where Mr. Adrian in his stylish, jovial and highly professional manner takes care of patrons. He makes the whole difference in the dining room, sees everything with his very sharp eyes and trains the young, local girls in a very nice way. Compliments to Mr. Adrian. What came as a surprise was the very selective way the owners decided to talk to patrons. We were not honored with making their aquaintance, although they came to the dining room but only talked to one table - obviously return, regular guest. No "hello" or "good evening" to anyone else in the dining room. Five points to the staff and three points to the owners - so that gives 4 points average.
