We had a lovely modern room and shower room, recently decorated, in a loft conversion. Super-comfortable bed was very welcome. When a general water problem in the town cut off the water to my husband, all soapy in the shower, the proprietor did his best to save the situation by running out and buying bottles of water to rinse off... Well positioned and friendly. It isn't flash but the rooms are nice. We had a nice salad in the dining room. Breakfast was average. It is on the Chemin Saint Jacques and close to the Mairie. It was clean. Pickup for bags was early, eight o'clock.

We had a 2 night stop here after 6 days walking the GR65.  The staff here were so helpful and friendly, despite our lack of  French.  Great restaurant, great breakfast, gorgeous town.  Decent sized room and bathroom, recently renovated and very fresh and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Small, well equipped, clean and nicely furnished room. Not too big but essential. Nice bathroom with amenities. Strong Wifi, flat tv. Room was facing the square/parking but the room was quiet and had good beds. Buffet (limited) breakfast but tasty.

Stayed here for 1 night on the Route de St Jacques and found it to be an above average hotel for the pilgrim walker. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, including a very unusual apple tart with large chunks of apple on a caramel base. The room was large with a very good shower and plenty of towels.... A group walking holiday following the pilgrim route isn't generally a great gastronomic experience, but this hotel / restaurant proved to be an exception. Unusually our group of 10 were offered a choice of menu and I enjoyed pate, beef casserole, cheese, tart and cake. The house pitcher of wine was good value too. Ambience and service in the pleasant... More

This place is great. The reception was friendly and helpful, the room was efficient and clean and the dinner was excellent with top class service. Nothing is flash, but everything is nice. This hotel typifies good French hospitality for us.

Ate here when passing through the town on the Camino. Choice from the daily special board was excellent and we ate well having pork chops and steak together with entree, cheese and excellent caramel panna cotta dessert. Good local wine at a reasonable price made the experience very satisfactory.

This hotel is in the best position in the village. The room size is adequate and is nicely decorated. Big screen TV but no English speaking channels. Fast wifi. Staircase outside the room is wooden and noisey. Meal was very good too. We paid an extra 4 euros to get the beef. Well worth it. Staff looked very rushed -... More

left a very average hotel in Nasbinals and walked 17km to stay at this hotel. I booked the night before as Les Coudercous had a very good web page. My experience on GR 65 has been of poor standard hotels apart from L,Oustal de Parent. So what to expect today. Well what a surprise. Greeted by a charming young female,... More
