We first came here in 2012 and were simply blown away by the scenery, the staff and the feeling of the place! This time it was even better, the cabins have been upgraded and are stunning with incredible views - the staff again were great and helpful ! Our room was very clean and the onsite food was simply delicious...

Food is very good value for money, staff is very nice and cheers the nights up, there are many activities on offer, I recommend to try surf lessons, the beach is amazing for beginners!!! I reached it through baz bus.

Very remote but Nice place to stay. However some of the staff were drinking quite a bit or smoked weed. I figure this is more of a lifestyle thing for most of the backpackers here.... Maybe not so much for the staff in my opinion. Had a two night stay which was more than enough. Cooks made good food. Girl...

Chintsa is such a beautiful part of South Africa that very few people in the country seem to know about. The lodge is well situated for walking to the beach and the views from the porch are stunning. There are also a lot of options for accommodation at the lodge and we went with the tent which was decent, clean,...

It is worth staying here for the view alone! One of the most expensive backpackers that we have stayed in during our trip but worth it. We stayed in room 1c which is a cottage with a shared kitchen. The room was spacious with a small table and two chairs as well as having a balcony looking out across the...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Its by the beach were you can go surfing. It has a swiming pool and lunch area which has a volleyball court! Really nice food. The only down side is the internet which you only get 100mb for free but it says free wifi, the rest you have to pay for.

The staff on arrival were friendly. it is a long walk from reception to the campsite (we were on Baz bus). The campsite is really nice and close to the beach. there were animals wandering through the campsite (monkeys, pigs, cows, dogs, birds). It's really peaceful and lovely with trees in the campsite. the breakfast staff were not very friendly,...

Wish our two day stay could have been a few days longer!! We stayed in a double en-suite freestanding house with a tiny kitchenette. Not only do you have an absolute exquisite view on the lagoon and beach from your bed but you can also enjoy a glass of wine on your private patio. The staff was nice and friendly....

We stayed for 2 nights and had a blast. We splurged and got a villa each (traveling with a buddy). Super clean, awesome vibes. The view from the villas are absolutely amazing! Quick walk to the lagoon and beach. Pool and pool bar are a great time as well. Can't beat the value.

Beautiful, Sea, Sand, Lagoon. Great activities: Horse Riding, Hiking, Canoeing, Surfing and more. Well run, clean and friendly. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, with yummy Pizza's, burgers, salads and wraps for lunch at the pool.
