A dreadful experience. Dull witted receptionist staff that had apparently been given no proper training. The poorest of room service-almost non existant. Cats prowl the kitchen and outside area making terrible noises at night.. Although it had been a week since the typhoon, no attempt was being made to reinstall the wifi or tv reception. There was no reduction in... More

No TV working, no Wifi working, pool water vivid yukky green toothcleaning spatters on the mirror in the bathroom. Some hot water on our third day here ! Location is near the well-known Buntun Bridge. I thought the place is great as you can see it on the building facade. But as you enter the lobby, unfriendly receptionist and the way they deal with the clients, its like its their first time. Booked a matrimonial suite and we were assigned to the 3rd floor. Asked if there is... More

We were referred to this hotel by my father in law. We've been looking for a place to stay near Enrile, a nearby town. This is just convenient for us. Just after crossing Buntun bridge around 1km coming from Enrile, you will see this place at the right side of the road. The room that we got is good for... More

Being an average hotel, it offers good location being near the highway and supermarket. It has a pool that can quench your hot body during the hot part of the day. They offer ala carte breakfast, which is limited to Filipino dishes.

We stayed here because of the pool. There is no elevators and the restaurant is not that great. There is a lot of parking and close to the airport. The hotel could use some updates. The staff was friendly and the price was decent.

Affordable for the price of 750 for 24hrs. *breakfast is not that good, was my second time around, ordered boneless bangus with bones Away from city proper and inconvenient if you have to commute at night. I suggest you try lorreta or hotel roma 👍👍👍

We arrived Tuguegarao at around 1am already and since this was the first decent hotel we saw, we just decided to walk in and asked if there were available rooms and the rates. They gave us a family room - with 2 queen sized beds and a couch. They said the rate they gave us included breakfast already for 4... More

Together with my wife and mom, we visited Piat and had to pass through Tuguegarao, since we spent the whole day travelling we had to stay overnight. Hotel Ivory is along the highway and very accessible. The security service though were not too welcoming and the guard just watched us as we parked and unloaded stuff. We checked in into... More
