We enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Gayda. It was a beautiful hot day so the patio doors were open very pleasant. The views from the restaurant are amazing. The food was excellent, great care is taken in presentation. The wine was also very good. The service was impeccable. I have deducted a star because as a previous reviewer mentioned... More

Easy to find, in very rural area. New facility, vineyards, and company. Sadly, the restaurant was closed. Nice guide, but guide, not involved in production, or much expertise. Generous tasting opportunity. A bit sterile and corporate feel to the enterprise. ( I know that sounds pretentious, but a visit to smaller family owned vineyards, and grower tasting alongside you, delighting... More

5 of us stayed this week and we all were so impressed by the classy accomodation, the fantastic value meal at the restaurant and having the opportunity to taste the many great Gayda wines. Also extremely handy to Carcassone airport. Can't wait to plan a visit in the future.

We went for Christmas Day lunch we had a wonderful meal in an excellent location with views towards the Pyrenees. The Domaine wines are excellent and we had a different wine with every course.looking forward to going back in the summer.

On a family holiday we decided to book a meal at Domaine Gayda having heard good reports from a couple of friends. The location really cannot be bettered, situated amongst the vines on top of a rise with the hills as a backdrop. The restaurant is a large open plan area opening onto the surrounding vineyard with very attractive places... More

We went there in the daytime for wine tasting. Had a very informative tour with a friendly young Spanish lady. After the tour we tasted some wine, a good selection, some were very tasty, we bought some to bring home for only 6.5 euros / bottle. We returned for an evening meal, the views are amazing, the food was very... More

We have now eaten at Domaine Gayda three times, once for lunch and twice for dinner, and all three experiences were excellent. The menu offers wide choice and the food is cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. There seems to be a seasonal theme, and the food style is modern French. Their own domaine wines are affordable and depending on the... More

I attended a wedding at the domaine. The service was excellent and the food awesome. The location while remote is stunning. I didn't sleep there but I was told by the wedding party that accommodation was excellent.

LA VIE EN ROSE!!! Perfect location, gites, garden and swimmingpool. The surrounding offers you beautifull walks through the vineyards and sunflowerfields. The Gaydawines are delicate and highly rated by the international winepress. The restaurant offers you a spectacular view and the food is wonderfull. If you are in the neighbourhood, don't miss the oppertunity to visit Domaine Gayda!
