Nice and friendly place. Not very close to any ski lifts, but if you like to visit all villages in this area, then is good location- in the middle. Sauna is quite small. Breakfast is good, dinner is normal.

I was ready to give the highest note to Hotel Victoria, but... unfortunately last night of our stay changed my opinion. We stayed over there for one week. Lovely week. Amazing, quiet room, absolutely tasty food, perfect location, nice and helpful staff. SPA and swimming pool after cold day in mountains. Sounds like a perfect holiday? Oh yes! And it was perfect holiday until last night before leaving. Around 22:00 came a group of young, drunk people. Part of them were accomodated next door. They were very loud, shouting and listening music on the corridor, no respect for other guests and hotels rules. After asking to be quiet they started banging to our door. They were totally out of control and no one was there to make an order with them. They were running all night up and down on the stairs, drinking on the balcony and many more.. It was nightmare, we couldn't sleep at all. Maybe next time you should accommodate this kind of groups in one part of the hotel? Not all guests are ready for night party.

Charming Hotel with great views. Nice room on the front, despite the main road location it was quiet at night - we slept with the balcony doors open. m Food was very good, owner and staff very accommodating. We arrived the night before the Maishofen festival - shame we would like to have stopped longer. Nice village too.

The hotel is located next to the road to Zell am See, so easily to be found. We had a big room decorated somehow 40 years ago. But beds are still comfortable. The wellness area is really poor. Swimming pool is very small and saunas are not used too often, so it smells.... To me it's not 4* hotel. The restaurant offers good food with lovely service which makes the difference to other places.

Stopped for breakfast. Had to wait 10 mins at reception before I went into serving area to find someone. Waiter a bit grumpy. Sat outside by 'pool'. ITS TINY!!!!!! 2 days later stopped for coffee. Waiter inside bar area actually raised his eyes at us coming in!!!!! Not near Zell. Wouldn't recommend.

We called in on the off. Janice we could get a table. Great reception by the very busy staff. Table found and drinks provided. The menu is great with traditional Austrian fare. Our food was excellent with very large portions.... you have been warned!

Several times already visited the hotel. Always perfect approach, fantastic food, great wellness, nice rooms and a wide range of activities. I warmly recommend! Even my forgotten bag they warmly sent to me to that address without any harm.

We ended up booking here to save some money on our honeymoon over the more expensive in town places. We were more than happy with the service and the room. The carpet is a bit dated but we were told they updating it. Super friendly and they'll go out of their way to please you. Also rooms very large.
