Fantastic hotel. Our room was in the vineyard with the most amazing views. Staff were incredibly helpful - from helping with logistics, to shipping home what I left! Breakfast, snacks and evening meal all very good. Wine very good too. Thoroughly recommend. Turkish spa experience amazing, if not a little pricey. Can get cold overnight in July.
Classis room. Very comfotrable. TV has Direct TV box, so access to HBO and box sets. Strong WiFi signal with a routr in the room. Exceptional reception / concierge service arranging vineyard tour, lunch and transport. Beautiful setting, contemporary design
Entre Cielos is a super fun hotel – we arrived on Easter weekend and the staff were wearing bunny ears and had set up Easter egg hunts! It has modern art dotted around everywhere, and colourful, lush décor throughout. We stayed in a vineyard loft suite amongst rows and rows of vineyards, uninterrupted views to the Andes and a huge swing on the veranda to sit and soak everything in. All around the grounds of Entre Cielos there is a beautiful tranquillity, with the only sound being twittering birds. The spa circuit is fantastic, and totally reinvigorating. Some other things we loved were sitting in the blissfully warm outdoor Jacuzzi, wine tasting with their expert sommelier and the delicious Detox breakfast option.
My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel. The walks through the vineyard, with the views of the Andes in the background, were extremely relaxing. The hotel is a great base for visiting wineries and other places around the region. There is even a winery with a great tasting area right next door at Gieco. The restaurant is great, and downtown Mendoza is short, affordable taxi ride away when you want a different option. I didn't use the spa, but did use the outdoor, shaded yoga area, which was a very relaxing place to get a workout in. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful staff, especially Martina. They were so helpful to us. We hope to come back.
We enjoyed two nights at this lovely hotel. The first impressions of the hotel give you a futuristic view, some say a concrete building. My wife and I had differing views of the design, which I personally loved! Our room overlooked the pool and gardens, where we enjoyed watching the parakeets and a pair of hawks. It was comfortable with a huge bed for a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the pool and the cabana to relax after a day of wine tasting! My only criticism of the pool is that the hot tub mosaic tiles are loose and some are missing and needs a hand rail easy access. The restaurant menu was rather limited in choice, though the portions were huge with great service from the staff. Breakfast was served rather than a buffet, which made a nice change. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for early starts before 7.30am.…
Most likely the nigh point of our six-week moto-adventure tour in South America. Excellent staff, roomy accommodations with all amenities, wonderful breakfast, though the menu is limited, the dining was first-class. A special thank you to Guest Relations Manager Guillermina for her most excellent support and assistance during our stay.
Located in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, this hotel is absolutely stunning! We were able to stay in their trademark room - The Suite Loft - located above the vineyards. Every sunrise and sunset from that room took our breath away. The staff themselves are so kind and accommodating - we couldn't recommend this hotel more! And the spa is absolutely perfect :)
My husband and I spent 2 nights in the very unique Loft Suite limited edition room which was stunning to sit and look out at the vineyard. The room was comfortable with a queen size bed and just a few feet away two club chairs and table - there wasnt much more room than that but you didnt need it as outside was really the star. I would say the housekeeping in the bathroom along the ledges needs to be improved and was actually quite full of hair and dirt. We had a full day treatment at the Hamam and part of it was wonderful and others needs improvement. The spa itself is made of a lot of concrete so the sound travels easily and sometimes mixes of various music could be heard. Our treatment ended with either a foot and hand massage or a 45 minute massage but we were not given the choice and it wasnt apparent to us until half way through that we werent given the choice so had to accept what was happening. Of note though to the spa staff - that last part left us on our back with no relief for our legs/back for about 1.5 hours and that was way too long to be kept in that position with no support. Meals were good and the serving staff excellent and personable. Very little information was given upon check in as to what may be available on site or what the charming gardens and pathways could provide for us.…
Entre Cielos certainly is among the awsome hotels in/ close wineries we have visited worldwide . The hotel itself is very modern, beautiful landscape and kind staff. In mendonza certainly is one of the best places to stay
From check in to check out the entire guest experience exceeded our expectations. The front desk team was very attentive & responsive to our request & questions. Ms. Leticia at the front desk was very kind. The hotel management team is lucky to have Leticia as part of the Cielo Family. The rooms in the main building are very spacious & well appointed with all the expected complementary amenities. The shower & bath tub are fantastic. The four poster bed & bedding are a premium. Wonderfull sleep experience. Having one of the rooms facing the pool & using the sliding glass door highlighted our stay. The pool is big & very inviting. We really enjoyed the open air feeling while lounging pool side, adjacent the vineyard with the Mountains as a horizon back drop. We participated in the Hamam spa experience which was Fantastic & a must if you a fortunate to do so. In my opinion, No question, the BEST spa experience Mendoza has to offer. The Katharina Bistro is a delightful experience we participated for breakfast & lunch. The bistro staff was great!! This is a five star guest experience & opportunity. I have visited & stayed @ all the luxury hotels in Mendoza city & Lujan de Cuyo, since January 2021, In my humble opinion, when you consider the Spa, the Bistro, the Whiskey bar, pool, guest rooms, ambience, location, the views & guest customer care you receive, this is the best product in Mendoza. So if you have the resources & the opportunity to do so.... Give the Entre Cielos a visit & Rest easy!!!!…
