My fiancé and I were looking forward to our wedding and honeymoon trip to Argentina, and our stay in the Malbec wine region and at Entre Cielos was supposed to be the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, due to Covid, which is of course not the hotel’s fault, our trip had to be cancelled. The hotel stay was prepaid already (there was no other option available to hold the booking). However, in an email exchange the hotel confirmed they would refund the amount by October. So far, so good. However, since then, the hotel has not refunded the money and simply ignored my emails, calls and enquiries via Skype, despite apparently taking bookings and being operational according to their website. I understand these are difficult times for the hotel industry. Nonetheless, I’m very disappointed that a hotel completely ignores their guests like this, especially in this price category and given the fact this would have been our honeymoon trip. We would have very much considered a trip to Entre Cielos in future after the pandemic, but given the experience we do not think this hotel is reliable and trustworthy. We very much regret having lost the money, which was saved up for this special occasion.…
Great place to stay - each room is named for a wine variety - Very well maintained - good bar and breakfast service. The staff was very helpful in setting up wine tours and other reservations. Beautiful grounds in a vineyard. Worth the money!
When we drove to the resort, we drove right past the hotel the first time trying to find it. We expected the resort to be in a quiet isolated neighborhood. Instead the road leading to it is a busier street, but the entrance is deceiving. Once you get through the gate, you enter a green lush paradise that goes out deep making you quickly forget the busy street at the entrance. We stayed in the Limited Edition Loft and it was an amazing experience to wake up to the view of the vineyards and to be so isolated from the other buildings. The bed was comfortable and spacious enough. There is no gym available, but there is a great walking trail with some exercise stations throughout that made it a fun experience. I wish we could have spent more time in the pool area, but the weather did not permit us to enjoy as much as we wanted. The food at the hotel is very good, the breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for and the lunch and dinner menu was great and affordable. It's really great that you can also order a nice cheese plate delivered to your room so you can enjoy a bottle of wine from your view. We had drinks at the restaurant bar and the staff is excellent. Mauricio made some great drinks and was very friendly. Do not hesitate booking here, everything was amazing!…
I took a group of eight couples on a dove hunt then a wine tour. Entre Cielos was in a perfect location for touring the wineries and downtown Mendoza. A very unique property. Very peaceful and quite. Service was very good.
Very nice hotel with a charming ambiance, embedded in beautiful vineyards. The rooms are very nice, the staff is well trained, very friendly and extremely helpful. The food is excellent. However, a painter and a mason urgently need to repair missing tiles in the pool and the jacuzzi and repaint the concrete floors.
