Each villa has private pool and yard, but pool was buried and yard was closed with barricade tepe which was worn. Walls were not painted in white. Jacuzzi bath didn't work. And bathwater didn't become hot. So we gave up filling it. When we pulled out the plug from the bathtub, the water overflowed from somewhere which we couldn't find and our room was flooded. We had to wipe out the floor. While I was taking a shower, water suddenly stopped. Towels were washed but old. Fira and Oia are not near. We luckily could get on the bus when we returned from Fira to Hotel and it took only 5 minutes or so. And there is Pyrgos within 5 minutes walk. It is very pretty, beautiful and calm old town. But unfortunately, the hotel staff at the reception don't have such kind of infomation or maps or anything they shoud provide for their guests. The view from the garden in front of the bar was great.

The people who ran the hotel were nice but the rooms desperately need to be updated. I was with a tour group. The room I was in was dirty and I got bug bites. There was no pot to make tea or coffee. The towels were gray. The restaurant was ok and the pool was nice. Dingy would the best description.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On arrival hotel appeared to be very nice, great pool area and close to supermarket and santo winery. However, on entering room we were severely disappointed. We booked an executive room which looked nothing like the pictures. The room was extremely malodorous with smell coming from the drains. All the rooms are left open, I suppose with an attempt to air out the rooms. However, this therefore means that the rooms are filled with mosquitoes. We asked to change rooms and were offered another executive room which was not much different from the one we had been given although the smell was slightly better. We asked for another room and were later shown two other rooms which were standard rooms and much smaller. The smell was better however we enquirer about a refund of the difference should we downgrade to these rooms and this request was denied. We therefore asked to stay in previous room and requested air freshener and the room be cleaned again. We were advised there was no air freshener but house keeping would come to sort out the smell. House keeping came and smell went for a few hours but came back. Again we requested air freshener but to no avail. As it was a short stay we just accepted that this was the best we would get. The breakfast was the same daily with not much variety and did not taste very nice. The only thing I was satisfied with was the pool and the view. However I would not go back to this hotel.

Terrible location , rooms like caves with barrack style cots for beds, dirty floors and yellow linens , just don’t - plenty of beautiful places to stay this is not one of them!!! So far from everything , had balcony with a view of a dumping ground in back . Honestly reminded me of a dirty dorm room .
