What can I say. This was a dream to stay here. We rented out the whole villa for an event. Rooms were large and beautiful. Views were amazing. Location In the heart of Pyrgos. You can walk thru the winding roads and streets to the village for great food and daily necessities. Only downside is that you have to walk put to the Villa which is a bit of a hike - not great for older people or those not in shape. It's a steep hill. There are also donkeys that bring up your bags but i'm against this. It's really animal cruelty. Right beside the Villa there is a church in ruins - cool spot to explore tho a tad dangerous. Rooms Every villa has a kitchen and living room. There is also a communal kitchen for big cooking. Comfortable beds and large showers. Amenities Wifi was weak unless you were right beside the router. At least 3 pools i remember. Great views of the town and ocean. Beautiful sunsets to die for. You could arrange for daily breakfast if you paid for it. Housekeeper came by everyday to clean and change towels. Some complimentary bread, milk, juice and water. And the villa comes with TWO cars if you rent it all - you'll need to cars to get down the hill and explore the island. Pyrgos is away from the main town for Fira and the popular Oia. Service Great manager who checked in on us. Really friendly and spoke english well. Always helpful. Overall Santorini can be super touristy. This is away from that. If you want to be peaceful, this is the place to be. Not for party animals but then again you won't be in Santorini if you wanted to party. This is a romantic or family getaway. Just a place to relax and chill.…
We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. The apartment and compound was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the roof top pool and view of the entire island! The hotel was also within about 5 minutes walking distance of the Pyrgos square which had really great markets and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel!
The villa consists of 3 separate villas and 3 outdoor pools [one is more of kids pool]. One of the plus points about this villa is that it can accommodate large families. The views are also incredible as it is perched on a hill. However, the climb up to the villa is steep and elderly members of your family may find it tricky [this point cannot be overstated enough]. Also watch out for stray dogs whilst travelling to and from the villa. If you are fit and healthy, the location is something one can live with in my opinion.
i love Villa Fabrica. It's a lovely place with amazing views from the top of Pyrgos. The pools are cold which is a bit unfortunate but the place is so gorgeous that it really doesn't matter when you have tons of beaches just down the mountain. I stay every year and have an incredible time! Eva the house keeper is amazing and a true gem! She makes everything easy and is so helpful around the property.
No one was there to take our bags up the massive steep hill. Made excuses that we were late and couldnt book the donkey. Yes, a donkey carries your bag up the steep track. Rooms were beautiful and so was the view. Wont recommend or go stay there again.
We were a group of 12 and rented the entire Villa Fabrica for five days. The villa is very clean, modern and incorporates some of the original features. The villa is divided up into separate apartments, that are in close proximity. That was great for privacy. It was confusing to me what items were complimentary, so be sure to inquire. The kitchen came stocked with items. We were charged for some at check out. Our visit was the beginning of May and the weather did not permit us to use the pool or jacuzzi. Car rental is included with the villa. We rented two vehicles, both were stick shift. The rental company does not provide automatic. Driving was very easy. There are not many restaurants in walking distance, so we stocked up on groceries. We had the most amazing views ever! The villa is located on a hilltop, allowing views of the entire island. Unfortunately, there is a long steep hill to climb to get to the villa. The villa made arrangements for our luggage up and down with donkeys! We had a really great stay, except for the wifi. It was very spotty and virtually non existent. I would certainly stay here again if the wifi was upgraded.…

Had the most amazing 7 days in the Villa. Was able to make a lunch almost like Thanksgiving dinner. 16 friends and 2 massive chicken from the local Carrefour store. I loved the villa. Felt like home 🏡 I must say it's better than we expected. All the facilities have high-end equipments. Thanks again Villa Fabrica ❤
We had such a great time at Villa Fabrica. The place was beautiful and plenty big for our group of 12. We rented all of the villas for our group. We loved that we could all have our separate "houses" for privacy but still be all together in one compound. The staff was excellent. Ewa was so helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond on several occasions. I still miss that incredible view and those sunsets. The villa is in a wonderful location atop a hill that overlooks almost the entire island. We enjoyed having the village of Pyrgos so close to walk to. Our group also enjoyed visiting with the donkeys above the villa each night. It was an incredible vacation and a unique and special place that lived up to our expectations.
A beautiful villa which ticks all the boxes. Except when it comes to the poor management. Our car was swapped (for no reason) to a dirty, older, simply worse vehicle. This to make matters worse was carried out by a rude, unsympathetic man who had already caused problems upon arrival at the airport. The hostess would wonder in uninvited for discussions, and demand they had to happen there an then, regardless of our previous arrangements. Generally poor management, which simply let the side down and negativity affected the overall experience. Such a shame when the villa was truly beautiful.
