The staff at the hotel are really friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and well situated. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus into Verona. The food in the restaurant is very nice and again the staff are happy accommodating. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool

Saccardi hotel and spa is a well kept hotel in Verona When we arrived we were given a room overlooking the pool which was amazing ,housekeeping was top notch .Breakfast was a buffet which had alot of variety and the staff were kind .We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant in the garden near the pool which was so romantic in the evening where it was nicely lit up. We used the pool in the spa where we had a great time and the reception at the spa was so friendly, we also used the outdoor pool which had a relaxing ambience . The hotel is not in the centre of Verona but we used the shuttle bus to go to Verona which was free which the hotel organised were you had to book beforehand. We had an early flight and the reception were kind enough to let us have something for breakfast before we left .As a hotel it is outstanding because it has alot of facilities one can enjoy but its not in the centre where you can walk and enjoy verona city centre late at night but all in all we still had an amazing stay .

Came here with a friend to explore Verona/Venice and the hotel was so much better than expected! Special thanks to Gerry at reception for making sure we got in safe every evening and being so friendly! Perfect location and free shuttles four times a day which were so handy as could drop at station or town centre if desired! The outdoor pool was so nice and clean with a lifeguard, and breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend if wanting to explore northern Italy, don’t let the proximity to the airport put you off as it was hardly noticeable! Hopefully will be back soon! - Room 101!

So on my last night of a 4 day break with my daughter. This hotel is based approx 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel do offer a free shuttle service. You can also book on the free shuttle to take you into Verona and back. Going put into Verona 9am, 12, 4, 7pm are the times and then coming back it’s 12:20, 4:20pn and 7:20pm. Just book it at reception who are very helpful. We only ate in the restaurant one lunch time food was nice but my daughter is very fussy and it was difficult to find something she would eat but they were very accommodating and found something she would eat that wasn’t on the menu. You can purchase toast from the bar/cafe which means toasties and these are delicious and very reasonably priced . Pool is lovely and pool towels are supplied. The spa is stunning and the gym looked amazing if you are into fitness. Staff are all very helpful. We had room service one afternoon and they only charge 3E if you just order drinks from the bar there is no charge added on. There is a small pizza restaurant just a : minute walk and it is lovely and very reasonable. There isn’t very much around to walk to but with the free shuttle to Verona it’s fine. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was about 5 minute from the airport so at night you can hear the airplanes landing. This was a shock. Verona was about 5 miles from the hotel so the location was not ideal for the above reason and travelling to Verona. They offered a free shuttle bus at various times to and from Verona but it was a small bus so often full. So we had to pay for a taxi costing 25 euros each time we could not get on the shuttle bus. The food - breakfast was not good the eggs and bacon was poor quality and the bread hard. The restaurant food was very expensive and not nice. We tried it one evening and did not go back. I ordered a risotto from the menu and they brought me plan rice. When I challenged this. Overall 0 rating for the restaurant. The rooms are not 4 star rating but were clean. The Spa was not as expected - they did not do any facials just massage and I was told that was closing for good the next day! There is really no spa. Overall the hotel was cheap but I would not go there again. The staff were friendly that is all I can conclude on. Next time I would book a hotel in Verona its self and look more closely at the reviews.

I had a great experience at Hotel Saccardi with free shuttle from the airport and was able to drop my bags off then get the free shuttle into Veronaat at 12pm (about 15 mins). Explored the beautiful city and was collected again at 4.20 and brought back to the hotel. The pool was beautiful and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. Staff were so friendly and helpful and I had my first ever experience of dining alone and the waiter was so lovely and attentive and the chef made delicious food with beautiful presentation and even came out to say hello. With menu of the day I had a 3 course meal with great portions and 2 glasses of wine for €30 which was amazing value as the food was so delicious - including the chef's homemade lemon sorbet that was amazing. They even put a candle in it and lit for me as the next day was my birthday. Was a lovely experience! Breakfast was good too and another swim in the pool with checkout at 11. They also left chocolates and a card in my room on my birthday and arranged a taxi to Lake Garda for me. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend

Fantastic 3 night stay. Lovely clean hotel and staff were very polite and very accommodating. The Spa is a bonus. Continental breakfast was lovely. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus service that takes you into the city centre as the hotel is approx 20 mins from town. You need to hook your place on the bus. We booked ourselves on the bus the day before. The first bus to the city is 9am and the last bus back is 7.20. The bus was always on time and we. Poked the bus on the last day to take us to the airport. What an amazing stay. Great for a little romantic get away.

Just returned from a week here with my daughter Pros- as mentioned by others, the staffwere all amazing and couldnt do enough for us . Courteous , well presented very friendly I felt really valued as a guest. All the communal areas were exceptionally clean, our room was fine although a balcony would have been welcomed, plus I brought a travel kettle as another contributor had mentioned they weren't supplied( thank you TripAdviser) free bottles of water were provided daily , and some lovely biscuits appeared in our room o e day - gratis. We were really impressed with the spa and indoor pool Which was very relaxing and free to use, and we also spent some time round the outdoor pool which again was very clean ( tho a little noisy with planes taking off and traffic noise) I was very bitten by mosquitoes but I guess that is just bad luck! Cons- this might not be an issue for some but the location of the hotel and the shuttle bus was a problem . I did not want to pay €20 each way into Verona and back , but it was not possible to spend a relaxing day around the pool And then go into the town at night as the last bus returned at 7.20pm. Days needed to be planned ahead around the shuttle bus, and public transport was also not so frequent, I found we were often rushing in order to catch the bus back, sometimes the bus we wanted to get was fully booked, and I felt a little trapped sometimes. In mitigation we did discover a small village nearby with some restaurants and bars- the closest restaurant served prosecco at €2 a glass- happy days! Overall we had a great holiday with relatively easy access to Venice( too busy) and Lake Garda from Verona train station , where it was possible to be dropped off Verona itself is a very beautiful city, and I would recommend this hotel , with these reservations.

The service from the staff at this hotel was second to none, they couldn't do enough for us. We were well cared for by the kind, professional employees. Our rooms were very clean and well stocked, the air con was very welcome. The location close to the airport meant no long transfer time, we were collected within 15 mins by the hotel minibus, our rooms were ready early so we could check in straight away. Close to Verona and we went by train from Verona to Milan, Venice & Lake Garda. Both the bar and restaurant had great menus and meant there was always options and we were never hungry or thirsty. Breakfast was always delicious with plenty of choice. Overall extremely pleased and enjoyed our holiday. Thank you!
