Stayed here at the end of August with my 2 teenage sons. The pods are great as they have a heater a lamp and plug sockets to charge phones! The pods are roomy and attached to them is a decking area, there are picnic benches and a camp fire with seating close by. Situated in the farm house yard down... More

Canceled my booking according the procedure, well before the deadline. Still the money went from my account. After quite some hassle I did get the money back, but had to pay for all the costs. In the end it was even my fault, I seem to have a bad attitude. Left me speechless. Though I sent my phone nr a... More

Just spent a few days here with the family. Pods are very basic (but clean) and come with electricity and heating. The bathroom facilities are housed in Julie's (the owners ) house - in fact it's her bathroom and kitchen that you use! Once you've got your head round this, it's fine. She's a lovely lady who really makes you... More

We've just got back from three nights at the Bryn Dwr Pods and it was mostly a good stay. The hospitality from start to finish was brilliant. The host, Julie was lovely and very helpful when suggesting places to eat and and see. Glad we bought out own air bed as the beds were not comfortable at all. We also... More

Myself and my partner stayed at the Bryn Dwr Pods this February half term 2015. We had a lovely relaxing time and we would recommend it for a place to unwind away from the stresses of everyday life. The pods themselves are warm, cosy and surprisingly roomy inside. There is also very little noise from outside whilst you are sleeping.... More

Me and my other half stayed in a pod while we had a few days in Wales to go mountain biking in Sept 2013. I had looked at these pods prior to my stay so knew what to expect - we wanted something a little different for just the two of us. Julie who owns the pods asked me before... More

The setting couldn't get any better, Its in a beautiful Welsh village with lots of walking routes. The camping pods are just wonderful, located next to a steam which my nephew sent most of his time in. Julie the owner I was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. You do have to use the main house to use... More

Stayed here with some mates while mountain biking in the forest. The pods were clean, warm and comfy and the fire pit provided an excellent source of warmth and means of cooking while we chatted about the days riding. It was a cold night but I was toasty warm all night and even cracked open the door a bit to... More

I looked forward to my stay here for one night as I walked the Offa's Dyke trail. I was curious about the pod I was to stay in. It came at the end of a long wet day and I was rather disappointed. Basically it is a funny shaped insulated hut! It might have been lovely on a long warm... More

Although described as 'pods and B&B', there isn't B&B currently available at the house. However, I was intrigued by the Pods, which seem to be popping up all over the place these days. Julie was very busy, but talked me through the arrival process by phone. My pod was one of two beside a river, a short walk from the... More
