A Saturday lunch at Ballyrobin prompted us to book for thier New year package of 5 course tasting menu and overnight stay. Rooms excellent large clean and comfortable . A mulled wine reception followed by excellent food plentiful accompanying wines with description of each from the very friendly happy staff. We listened to a two piece group who played during...

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel recently. We had been Christmas shopping in Belfast and a few retail parks outside of Belfast so we decided to stay here and we were delighted we did! Gorgeous, modern hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious with a flat screen t.v, tea and coffee facilities and the...

Taken to lunch today. Pleasant staff, good facilities, food average to good. I ordered fish n'chips. Very nice fish and good mushy peas, but the batter was a bit too stodgy. Should have been crisper. The chicken Kiev was very good.

Airport hotels can be very average in my experience, and I harboured no great expectations at a stop off here on the way to Belfast Airport. However the chef here is excellent, providing an interesting lunch menu at a great price. My pidgeon breast starter at £4 and the pig cheek main at £10 were well presented, perfectly cooked and...

Cannot fault this hotel, all the staff were wonderful and nothing was any trouble for them. Easy check in, large clean room, close to airport but no noise from the aircraft. Cosy bar area, superb food in the restaurant and also choices for vegetarians. Will stay here again.

The hotel was easy to check in and the room was nice and big with lots of places to plug in all our electronics. There was also a big wardrobe and great staff. The Hotel is next to an airport, but even with planes taking off it is still quiet in the room. Since it is close to the airport,...

Called here having had an early appt at Antrim Hospital. Looking forward to a hearty, hot breakfast on a cold foggy winter morning. Staff very pleasant, our pots of coffee and tea were brought right away. However we then had a 20-25 minute wait on breakfast. I didn't order the fry as I thought it would be too much and...

Tremendous service with smiles. Wonderful staff that go above and beyond. Great location close to the airport and only about 20 mins by car to downtown Belfast. Affordable luxury. Room was adorable, clean and cozy. I cannot say enough about the service!

Let me set the scene. We departed for the airport much earlier than normal due to reports of snow on the mountain road. Arriving close to the airport with a lot of time to kill we thought let's have some lunch in a local establishment and checked Trip Advisor. That's why we ended up at the Ballyrobin. So if there's...

I've have stayed in many top hotels around the world. This has got to be one of the best I've stayed. Rooms are modern and spotless. Even though we are ground floor it was very quiet. Now the service was amazing. The receptionist checked a couple of times we were ok (never had this before) over the day. Made sure...
