Booked for the week - only stayed one night!!! but only stayed because I couldn't find anywhere else at late notice!!! It stinks of damp and mold and paint peeling off the walls. Door locks barely work and the doors aren't exactly secure. Curtains aren't blackout curtains so woke up at 4.30am as the room was in full daylight!! With... More

The only good thing was that the bed linen was clean. No windows only skylight, which you could not open. The rooms smelt musty. Black mold in the bathroom around the bath, glass shelf above the sink hanging off. Mirror in the bedroom was broken. Could not get out quick enough and would not stay again.

I and my family booked 2 rooms at a cost of £115, This did not include heat let alone breakfast. the one thing you can guarantee is a sleepless night, in the family room, due the constant drone of the bathroom extractor fan being stuck on. This unfortunately sucked out any heat that was generated by the tiny electric fire.... More

My partner and I booked a room to break up a long distant drive. I wish I had not as had absolutely no sleep. The room was freezing with a 2 electric heaters. One was broken the second was taped together and when I turned it on the smell was so bad we thought it may catch on fire so... More

Booked twin room as it was the only place we could get for Rugby World Cup in Cardiff. I sent few emails before we were going ref early sign in, parking, and mainly the fact we could arrive back late at night so we wouldn't have to leave the game early. They were extremely helpful with my requests and gave... More

Seeing is believing. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front desk who seem delighted by the prospect of customers. We were swiftly booked in as we had paid online and given a set of keys, one for the 'back door'. The journey past the toilets, the coffee machine and corridor provided a cacaphony of amazing and... Wow. If you really want to do yourself a favour. Avoid this one like the plague. Cold and damp rooms, no hot water and a strange smell with a cigarette tinge to boot. Heating didn't work so I got a fan heater, which was noisy. 9 o clock at night when I got there so didn't have an option to... More

This is a desperately run down place which is utterly devoid of anything you would normally associate with a hotel. I was faced with payment in cash up front; no other guests; no breakfast; no window in my twin bedded room; a smoky, disinfectant aroma throughout the dark corridor leading to my cell-like room; a damaged room heater and stains...
