We had looked forward to returning all year following an excellent first visit and could not have been more disappointed. We booked via the Groupon deal both years and paid for two nights, with breakfast and an evening meal on the first night. The evening meal this year was a massive disappointment, The previous year the choice from the menu...

A lovely setting overlooking the Cleddeau River and down Milford Haven. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere calmly Christmas which is what we wished for. The room fulfilled our needs apart from the bath which was far too small for myself (over 6' tall). One other point about the bathroom was the very hot water in the sink...

A disappointing visit on this occasion, although I gave eaten here before with no complaint. Positives first: 1. Magnificent views on a sunny day like today. 2. The restaurant was warm and clean and Ann, the barmaid/waitress was lovely and made us feel welcome. Now the negatives: 1. My partner ordered the large fish and chips with mushy peas. The...

I use hotels a lot with my work, this hotel is probably the best in the immediate area. Rooms are spacious, comfortable (bit motel ish) and very clean, a little dated but still that's just a personal thing, the showers are a bit poor by modern standards but again, usable. Staff are polite and helpful, plenty of parking and easy...

The breakfast included in the room rate is very good with a wide choice and the Full Welsh was well cooked. Very pleasant with great...

Comfortable hotel with warm rooms. A Truly excellent breakfast. As we were there on a very wet day it was nice to look outside from the comfort of the lounge. Friendly staff and great value for Money. We enjoyed it.

Rooms were far, far too hot and, having booked 'executive' rooms, did not expect to find several paintwork chips and marks around. The bar was not managed well: I was served a pint of Guinness when clearly the gas needed changing - and later a pint of foam when they'd changed the keg immediately after blowing the line (you either...

Here for weekend after switching last minute due to a wedding at first choice and got a reasonable deal so had executive rooms. However, 'executive room' seemed to just mean larger and I've certainly had better standard rooms at similar type hotels. It wasn't really dirty but could have been much cleaner e.g. the bin in the bathroom had spill...
