The place to be for any way to visit the beautiful west coaster of scotland. Please nr people, perfect friendly location, spotless hygiëne. Royale breakfast with home made yoghurt, marmelade etc for a most honest prize. Tnx for making space to park the motorcycle. We'll be back.

The name says it all. Almost. The location is perfect, rural, tranquil, peaceful and the resident seagull only adds to the atmosphere. The house is very nice and the room truly comfortable (there is also a single room). The hosts are kind and nice and welcoming and they make your stay here a real pleasure. For breakfast I do not... We stayed at the Tranquility for just one night whilst on our 'North Coast 500' tour. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and were shown to our first floor room with coastal view. Home made cakes on our tea tray were most welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably equipped. Breakfast next morning included home made bread, preserves... More

Thank you for your review. It is so nice to know that we have achieved what we set out to do - that is to make our bed and breakfast as welcoming, relaxing and homely as possible. This is obviously why many of our guests tell us that it is like ""home from home". We believe when you are on... More

Pauline and Phil warmly welcomed us when we arrived. We had previously ordered an evening meal the day before at this b&b and what a treat we both had. Everything is cooked freshly and served piping hot. My husband had the homemade steak pie with horseradish mash and a selection of vegetables which he said was so delicious he wanted... More

We received a lovely warm welcome from Pauline and Phil with delicious home baking. The family room was spacious and comfortable with a superb loch view. Breakfast was delicious - always good to wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread! Nothing was too much trouble for Pauline and Phil and they bent over backwards to make sure that... More

This is a B and B not to be missed. Easier to find than we expected and a really warm welcome. Thankfully we had booked in advance for evening meal and had the best dinner of our ten day break ( It was also under priced ). My Salmon in lemon was superb and likewise my wife's Chicken in Tarragon... More

This is a nice B&B hosted by a lovely couple. They were happy to make you happy at breakfast (which was delicous). They offer handmade jam, bread and joghurt as well as a scottish breakfast. The room was well-stacked, clean and nicely furnitured. We had ocean/loch view. The house is located in a quite area. Books and games were available.

Pauline and Phil have been doing this for twenty tears and it shows. Lovely home-made food, warm welcoming hosts in a beautiful location with easy access to a typical outstanding Loch. Book early for, like many B and Bs in North West Scotland, they are often very busy......and they deserve to be.
