Our first visit to Milford on Sea was many years ago with our children. I had always wanted to come back and visit again and The Bay Trees was the perfect B & B for us. Not only was the location great being able to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach but the attention to detail in this characterful...

Stayed for one night at short notice and enjoyed a delightful stay with my daughter (her first B&B experience) and enjoyed a wonderful March day in full sunshine walking along the coastline. My daughter avoids dairy products for medical reasons and on mentioning this we found special homemade treats of cakes/biscuits had been baked at 24 hours notice, almond milk...

We are so glad you and your daughter enjoyed your stay. It was good to welcome you back, with your daughter this time. It really does make it when the weather is kind, and you were lucky in that respect. Thank you once again, and we hope you will come and see us again soon. Mark & Sarah

We stayed at The Bay Trees for three nights whilst visiting friends and attending a party over New Year. How lucky we were to be guests in this beautifully presented B&B run by such welcoming hosts Mark and Sarah. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail is second to none. Breakfast was a pleasure with lots of choice and...

This is the second time we have visited. Mark & Sarah are great hosts & make you feel very welcome. Food is delicious. Sherry in your room a nice touch. The only thing that could improve are the shower heads!

Stayed here for one night with friends, and were blown away! We were welcomed with tea and delicious cake and lavender shortbread, and shown to our exceedingly comfortable rooms. Fantastic attention to detail. Very comfortable bed, and huge bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. Breakfast was perfect. Thank you Mark, we loved it!

Hello Valerie. Thank you for your 'faultless' review, I am so pleased that you enjoyed your short stay with us last week. Sarah was distraught when she got back from a family visit that she did not get to meet you all and really hopes you will visit us again before too long. Best wishes Mark

This B&B is based on restored 17th Century Grade II Listed house. The welcome given by Mark and Sarah was excellent. The room was spacious and well presented. Their attention to detail and niceties like chocolates and slow gin in the rooms made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. The food was well presented and well cooked and there was...

Our second visit earlier this week. Having posted a review on our first visit back in March there isn't really any more to say, everybody other reviewer rates it as excellent as well. This place really is a find and we will be visiting again, next time during the summer when we can enjoy the garden. Milford really does seem...

This was a great choice for us to have made to stay a couple of nights while in Milford on Sea. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, completely clean and spotless, well mainrtained and high quality. And it was an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfasts were good and the owners, Mark and Sarah, made a big effort to make...

A lovely warm welcome from our hosts and friendly dogs as well. An excellently well finished off establishment that was perfectly sorted. We really couldn't find fault with this fabulous Bed and Breakfast, from the very chic and elegant, not to mention, large bedrooms, to the hosts, Mark and Sarah, the lovely welcoming but very well behaved Jasper and George and the amazing breakfasts - mostly home reared and home made.
