The Barton Villa, is a very very good hotel. Perfect location, very comfortable and very clean bedroom with very reasonable prices. Above all, you'll find some very nice and very helpful personal around. Believe our experience, it's really a good spot to go... D + F

We had an enjoyable stay at Barton Villas when visiting friends almost three years ago so decided on a repeat visit when once again back in the area. The place is a short walk up hill to Ashton-under-Lyne where there are shops and transport links including the tram. We had a functional clean bedroom, a comfortable bed, a modern shower...

Room was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Perfect place to stop for a night as I had business in the area. Double glazing was handy as the road is noisy. I will use again next time I have a meeting in Dukinfield. Good and fair price.

You might think that that would build up a loyalty with them, but no! A couple of weeks ago I booked the wrong dates by mistake via a large booking agency. I...

I had a single room, nice and clean with big walk in shower, car parking good and also WiFi, bed was comfy and shower warm, only reasons I give 4 stars was the creaky floor and the fact that at 2.15am other guests woke me with their chatter

We stayed overnight in March. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and found our room to be very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again! Perfect location if you are heading to an event at the local Masonic lodge as this was walking distance away.

Room and bathroom very clean. Bathroom modern and great shower. Staff were very friendly and even filled up our flasks at breakfast. Good full English with plenty of breakfast options. Only negative, the room was very light due to a security light shining through and the blind not being very good.
