Had high expectations of this hotel and we weren't going to write this review, but after a very abrupt check out we had a change of heart. Check in was warm and friendly so thank you to the lovely lady for that and for showing us to our room. We chose to dine out on both evenings of our stay...

Typical oldie worldie pub. The room was small but warm and cosy with a comfortable bed. Small bathroom, could only fit one person in at a time. Restaurant was really good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Just what you would expect from a traditional building but accompanied by excellent staff and first class food. Room very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Restaurant offered very nice food, the fillet steak excellent, breakfast freshly cooked and plenty of it. Pleny of parking on site. A great spot to have found and at a very good price.

This stay was just as good - comfortable room, good breakfasts, delicious dinners and great service. The owners Alistair and Deb ensure you have a good stay and the team of Sonia, Shannon and Imogen looked after us...

Most important for me, at this time of year, it was lovely and warm! I was staying with my mother and Pencarrow was the perfect room for us as the 2 beds are completely...

We stayed at the Trehellas for 4 days over the Christmas break. This would have been our third visit this year. We had our 2 collie dogs with us and we stayed in one of the 7 rooms across the courtyard. The rooms are well furnished and have extremely large comfortable beds. Debra and Alastair run the hotel in a...

Thank you Trehellas House for a perfect lunch today! Our food was simply scrumptious - we had a 3 course lunch - tasty starters, good portions (just right), which left us savouring for more, then our main course of roast turkey - with all the trimmings which just melted in our mouths! Homemade Christmas pud followed which again - faultless...
