We stayed in the Quinton apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless. The apartment is huge definitely worth the money and especially having your own garden area is a bonus. Yes the little pigeon nest by the door is a little scary at first. But the Mum and dad are only protecting their babies like we do as humans! We left them alone so they left us alone.. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff we spoke to was extremely helpful nothing seemed too much trouble. We had dinner the one night. It was delicious, very well presented. Staff again were helpful and seemed happy in their roles. I would definitely return as Walton hall is always going to remain special to us for many reasons.

After being 'mothballed' for nearly 18 months, the hotel reopened for a 5 day, residential folk festival with a new team who were learning on the spot. In spite of this, Sharon and her restaurant team worked efficiently to seat 350 people a sitting while thoroughly cleaning down between guests. The TDH menu for evenings was delivered well and was (without wanting to sound arsey) unexpectedly well cooked and tasty, given the limited £15/head budget allowed. I had no problem getting a mattress topper to soften my bed. We'll be back next year

A short break away to a music festival held at this country hotel. Wonderful location in beautiful countryside. Excellent facilities. Lots of space and places to walk. Very peaceful. Up to date modern rooms. Clean and airy. Considering this hotel has been closed for a long time due to Covid, you would never have known. Staff couldn’t have been more friendlier and helpful despite it being their first week back at work and 300 people descended on them. Food was excellent and service was with a smile. Everything you need for a short break away from it all. Would certainly use this this hotel again.
