Visited the hotel for 2 nights away with my friend. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We visited National Trust properties that were close by. The food we had in the hotel was superb; we couldn't fault it. Thank you to all the staff!

If I could rate this place lower I would. Start by looking at the site - the hotel rides on the back of Walton Hall itself but you don't actually stay at the Hall and the rooms are nothing like the Hall's rooms.I even rang ahead to ask if I would and was told yes! So - first black mark...

This hotel is in amazing grounds where you can walk or cycle and our kids loved exploring them. The hotel comprises a stately home with a modern hotel in the grounds. We stayed in the stable block which was a fairly basic cottage-style property. We arrived at 4pm (check in 3pm) and our room was not yet ready which for...

Without doubt, the grounds and location of Walton Hall are beautiful and well-maintained, and it is a very short drive (or pleasant walk) to the amenities of Wellesbourne village. The food in the Orangery restaurant, where there was a fixed 2- or 3-course dinner menu was delicious, although the service was inexplicably slow and ambivalent. The pool is nice enough...

My mum and I have just returned from a 2 night spa package stay and had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay we cold hope for. Check in staff were lovely and showed us the building map, explaining exactly where we needed to go for our pre-booked spa treatments and for dinner in the evening. We were lucky enough to...

Tried to enjoy a drink in the sun with the gorgeous view but sadly couldn't as a wedding was taking place! So had to go to the modern bar the other end!! Not happy at all, ridiculous especially when the bar was empty and the wedding guests were inside! Plus why advertise spa weekends when there is no jacuzzi!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was nicely appointed and clean. It was a brief one night stay and we were pleasantly surprised. There are a few points to note: The double bedroom was very tight with no light switch close to the bed nor were there any bedside tables - which would not have fitted anyway as...

We booked this hotel because we wanted a dog friendly hotel near to Leamington Spa for a night. Having looked at the pictures and description we decided it looked ok so went ahead and booked it, and boy was I glad we did. The room rate was priced at the top end of our budget but the £20 extra for...

Beautiful scenery and good location, with Stratford upon Avon only a 15 minute drive away. The staff were helpful, however the hotel rooms need updating and the hotel pictures are nothing like the room we stayed in. Net curtains were ripped and stained and the room was not immaculately clean. Would not stay again.
