Lovely location in a charming road, with a bus stop right outside for easy access into Chester. Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfasts in the mornings. Only downside was that we shared a room with a group of ladybirds. There was a function on both evenings but we were not disturbed by any noise. Would definitely...

I stayed here with my boyfriend for an anniversary and birthday celebratory weekend break, and we had a really lovely double room. Upon check in the reception is really lovely and the exterior house is beautiful, and our room was very spacious and had a nice view of the courtyard at the front. The bed was very comfy and the...

The exterior of the Rossett Hall Hotel is promising, situated as it is on the main road to Chester and nestled in the charming village of Rossett, Wales. But sadly, the property inside shows signs of fatigue (worn carpets, dated decor) and, most surprisingly, extremely slow service. While the food was fair, portions were uneven across diners ordering the same...

We had our wedding at Rossett Hall Hotel on 05th November 2016, we had the most amazing day. The wedding co-ordinator Emily was fabulous from the start, she made everything very easy. During the wedding weekend all the staff were friendly and very helpful to us and all of our guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The service throughout was...

We visited with friends to take in the Christmas Market in Chester, used the number 1 bus which runs right outside the hotel, very handy. Hotel was good as always but the menu at Oscars Brasserie seemed reduced in options for evening meals so we ate elsewhere. Shame really as this would have given it a five as we have...

Stayed for 2 x nights with 6 x other friends who had stayed here before and decided to invite us along for the weekend birthday celebration - my husband and I followed on late and arrived about 8pm in the evening but the other 6 x arrived mid afternoon - on checking in they were told that only 3 x...

We booked the £12.50 three course sunday lunch. Two of the group paid an additional £3.50 for the beef option. For starters we had soup, salmon fishcakes and sauteed mushrooms - all tasty and well presented. For the main we had 2 x beef and 2 x pork.- again well presented with just enough vegetables. Desserts were raspberry cheescake and...

I stayed here for just one night for a friends wedding. It is set in lovely grounds, which have obviously been well tended, and was perfect for the upcoming wedding photographs. However, this is not reflected in the interior, and the interior is not reflected in the price. Whilst I agree that the hotel overall is comfortable, and I had...

We had our wedding at Rossett Hall Hotel on the 11/11/2016. The rooms were excellent and comfy especially the bridal suite. We stayed an extra night in a different room that was equally comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly yet professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were excellent. We had...
