We booked a 5 night stay at Stronlossit Inn. We chose one of their rooms (called a flat????) Which are situated at the back of the hotel assuming this would be quiet and peaceful away from the general noise of the hotel its self. The room was recently updated with new wood flooring and a big fluffy rug which I... More

Having read the previous review my husband and I weren't that keen to dine here . My husband is a foodie and loves eating at great restaurants and every where we are in the world he goes to tripadvisor for our next dining experience . We dine at 5 star to a take away, but always on trip advisors help!... More

This was only taken over by the current owners 5 weeks before we arrived and was exceptionally well managed. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent with good and varied choices. The grounds were lovely to walk through with ducks and ponds. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel like one of the family. Couldn't do... More

We had a very comfortable night at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by the host who showed us our rooms and were told to ask for anything we required. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and had everything in them one would expect. We walked in the beautiful hotel grounds which were almost magical in the way... More

We enjoyed our stay here - just one night on our way home from the Isle of Lewis via Skye to our home in North Yorkshire. We had booked a twin room in advance and received a warm welcome. The room (in the main hotel) was good, recently refurbished and with a proper en-suite bathroom - a bath with shower... More

We recently stayed here for three nights as we were climbing Ben Nevis. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from Fort William and has plenty of parking. Rooms are light, spacious, clean and comfortable. The food served is wholesome with plenty of variety. The scenery surrounding the hotel is stunning and it was a real treat to wake up... More

We stayed here during a motorcycling holiday. There is plenty of parking, the hotel is in a nice area. The room was spacious and had everything you'd need, however the beds could do with a new mattresses. The management and staff have recently changed, they were all friendly and very helpful, keen to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The... More
