The Thurrock Hotel does have ground floor rooms but they are not adapted specifically for wheelchair access. They are standard rooms and the door width is of a standard size. Bathrooms do not have disabled facilities.

I agree with you however all businesses are in business to make money nothing is actually free else they will go out of business; so the hotel not offering breakfast is to ensure that they still making small profit despite the special offer, if I was the marketing personal for this hotel would have included the breakfast and on checking in I would get the person checking you in to tempt you to upgrade your room package for a £10.00 for example this way it will be up to you and the hotel will be in a chance of making profit and you will be aware and more satisfied what you had is a bad marketing process and I agree with you
