We were travelling with children so had a room with sofa bed. It was on the ground floor and space was a bit limited, but that was ok. The room has complimentary milk, water and juice and a really nice touch was the cookies and milk for the children at bedtime. They loved the pool and the childrens menu in...

We were a large group but came here to eat only. We had pre-booked main courses from the à la carte menu and paid a deposit. Most people wanted starters and drinks as well and they came, eventually. The service was pleasant but slow throughout. Our pre-booked mains were great. Desserts too were appreciated. But paying the bill proved a...

We were visiting Bristol for a driving experience for our children and chose this hotel due to location - very close to Cribbs Causeway - and the fact it had a lovely spa. The hotel was very clean and the service we received from everyone was excellent. We had two interconnecting rooms - one double and one twin. Swimming pool...

Hotel not particularly attractive from outside. Plenty of parking available when we visited. Once inside the ambience changed to a modern, well designed and welcoming looking hotel. We were directed to the spa by reception staff as signage was lacking. Staff in the spa (not the massage therapists) at first appeared welcoming but we soon realised that they lacked organisation...

From check in to check out the staff are exceptional . Bar and restaurant have been refurbished well in a modern finish as is the Spa. Unfortunately for us we booked a family room 217 which was a standard size with a fold out sofa and was very claustrophobic. The ac did not cool properly so we had to have...

My company GKN have recently agreed a corporate rate with the Aztec and I was steered from my usual hotel to this one. I had stayed here a couple of years prior and I must say it has much improved. Room was very comfortable, with everything you need, staff very friendly and a good selection of beers at the bar....

Stayed here for a nice weekend away and I was very impressed. Very clean and smart and all staff are welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Food was also good and i made use of the good spa facilities. I admit I was worried with the location as it's close to a busy main road...
