Myself, mum and dad dined here today for a mother's day lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. First of all, I have to comment on the service, which was absolutely impeccable. Nothing seemed too much for the staff - their service was second to none! Upon arrival, there was daffodils and a little box of petit fours (?) / chocolates presented...

The room we had was very dated... a perfect example of 80s decor. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and the expel air did not expel!! However the room (superior double room 10) was clean and comfortable. The food was disappointing. Very over priced and not good value for money. The staff were friendly but we will not be...

I came here for my birthday last weekend, bringing 15 guests with me (apologies to any friends who read this and weren't there. I wanted to bring you all, honest). The rooms were great, the staff friendly and helpful, the evening meal to die for. Cooked and buffet breakfasts pleased everyone, and we sat talking for a long time -...

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a murder mystery evening at the hotel. Check in by a friendly welcoming lady, was very quick and she showed us to our room. The room was very clean but the radiator in the bathroom needed some brute force to get it to work. After unpacking, we visited the spa....

We are sorry that you found the facilities in our spa difficult to use but the steps into the Hydrotherapy pool are not meant to be used for guests entering or exiting the jacuzzi. There is in fact a wide ledge to sit on all around the jacuzzi which makes getting in and out very safe as it is designed...

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding, restaurant manager Saturday night very unaccommodating. Would not serve a beer we liked from another bar within premises. His excuse "That bar was for large parties and weddings". When I asked what if we don't drink the beer in the restaurant, he shrugged his shoulders! I then commented so we go without to be...

Comfortable, quiet room with good wi fi. A nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Sauna and steam rooms small, but there was no one else there so it felt quite exclusive. Staff friendly and helpful. Good restaurant plenty of parking.

Stayed for 1 night, staff where friendly and helpful. Bed was a little firm but bearable. Our room was very warm so had to have window open and A/c on as well, there was no way to control the heating. We didn't eat at the hotel, as it wasn't included in our deal, so want else where for breakfast, as...

I first visited as a guest at a wedding and knew immediately I wanted to return. My recent visit was a treat/gift and the two of us had a weekend of relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The Spa was fantastic. Well run, friendly staff and the most relaxing part of the whole surroundings, as you'd expect. Prices of treatments were...

Difficult to review as lots of excellent features but also lots wrong! Beautiful hotel & very peaceful if you are happy to hear the birds roosting. The spa is small but very good with low lighting which makes you feel more comfortable. The spa treatments are excellent & the brasserie is awesome with amazing Thai food. So the downside is...
