Just spent a night here with my wife .Lovely room great food and drinks at reasonable prices and really friendly helpful staff . Room very comfy and a good sized bathroom too . Will visit again in summer to take in more of the dales scenery.

Love staying in these kind of hotels, very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, lovely food, comfortable room and bed, would have stayed longer but booked up at the time we visited, hopefully will be back again, Breakfast spot on, we had the evening meal as well, make sure your hungry, as they are generous potions, I can personally recommend...

Had a lovely meal here beginning of December, lovely log fire first class meal friendly staff. A beautiful old pub really wanted to explore more of it but could move away from the fire. I had the lamb shank and mash potatoes my daughter had the ultimate burger not to be ordered unless your starving!, friendly service and very accommodating...

My hudband and I travelled to The Plough on Boxing day and stayed until New Year. This was our third visit and we have already booked our next one! As always there was great food, excellent customer service from all members of staff, a lovely cosy atmosphere, comfy rooms and great company: we feel like part of the family now....

Pub / Hotel is in a small village about 5 miles outside of Settle. We were met at reception by the owner who was very friendly and helpful and showed us to our room. Room was clean and well equipped. Room was quiet even though there was a party in the hotel. Plenty of on site parking.

What a wonderful friendly bar..nice background music, reasonably priced beer and a open fire. We will be back for maybe a stop over and a meal..plenty of parking space in the heart of the Yorkshire dales .
